People that curl in the squat rack are the worst though. One of the worst culprits that does it at my gym also wears one of those Zyzz like shirts that literally have no side's, so that's a good reason to why he would do it.

Again, you need to drop your overall body fat percentage if you want to see your lower abs. This effectively means going on a calorie deficit diet. Doing that set will help, but only by lowering your body fat can you see them.

I only buy games for my XBOX atm that are exclusives. If it's multi-platform, I'll get in on PC. I disagree with you on comfort, I prefer sitting up right some times. And to be honest, when you get serious in a game on console, you slouch forward, similar to how you would if you were on a PC. This point in pretty irrelevant I think. And I completely disagree with you on LAN parties, they are so much fun. And Team Fortress 2 at a LAN party would amazing.

I tried to play the new level last night, but didn't get in to any of the servers, so I contented myself with my new crafted Heatmaker. It's awesome and will definitely be nerfed. Apparently, you can use the SMG crits to bodyshot and get the kills to charge up the Heatmaker, then use the "Focus" to just mow people down. I need to get my hands on that SMG. I'd sell you mine if you wanted.

Already got the new Sniper SMG. I don't really like it but it sounds cool. Might trade on it since demand will be high right now.

Good luck with those, that IFD stuff is pretty low quality. All I can say is don't buy the IFD jeans, they lasted me like 2 months before they ripped. I've had my IFD jeans for over a year and a half and they haven't ripped...

Yeah, you can't "spot train" your abs. It is effectively one muscle. The reason you can't see the lower abs is because of a layer of stubborn fat around your stomach. If you want to see them, then consider going on a diet and cutting.

Finally found the wrangler, I'll have a play with it later. Also getting better at spy, topped the score on a server which I play on and usually don't do too well as spy.

I am actually the same as you. I hired it for a week, and usually when I hire games I finish them all the way through. I couldn't force myself to finish it the game was that tedious.
