Other countries stance on censorship?
Haha. I like how, when you decided to expound your ignorance, you decided to do it in nice big letters so no one will miss how you don't know what racist means. Anyway, since Xpslmabv has a habit of starting seemingly innocuous topics then swinging them around to preaching his zealous beliefs I thought I'd save him the trouble. Are you going to turn this into a flame war? I hadn't bothered to post for 5 pages but now you come along 3 days later, after plenty of discussion has gone on, to dig this up? Why? Wanting to start a flame war is the only reason I can think of.

Computer specification
160GB drives cost more per GB than 320GB drives. Plus getting a 10k RPM SCSI drive would add a huge amount to the price, costing double what a single 320GB SATA2 drive costs.

And what makes those shoes worth that much? 2 letters written on them?

Taskbar color change help (Like to black or red)
If you want something that is not limited by time and is totally free, google for uxtheme. That's the name of the .dll that makes it so you can only use microsoft signed themes. By using a patched uxtheme.dll (patchers are available from loads of places) you can then use any visual style.

Have a paradox?
The right-hand part of my signature image is a Mandelbrot set. Imagine two points anywhere on the outside edge of it. Imagine moving from one point to the other, along the outside edge of the set. Moving in either direction doesn't make you any further from the other point, since the perimeter of the set is infinite.

Have a paradox?
If there's such a thing as an unstoppable force there cannot be such a thing as an immovable object and vice versa. About omniscience and omnipotence: If there's an omnipotent and omniscient being, they know what they are going to do next. If they know what they are going to do next, can they change what they do? If yes, they are not omniscient. If no, they are not omnipotent.

The "I Hate America Club"?
Yeah. But from what you said, you intended that all of Europe played a part in making America. When only France actually helped. Unless you are from France, no cookie for you. And so it wasn't america that invented the intarweb, it was just J. C. R. Licklider. Unless you are him (and chances are you aren't, since he died 17 years ago), no cookie for whoever it was that implied it was all of america that invented the intarweb.

Good indie/simple games
I thought I'd make a post where we can share good indie games, since I'm after more of them. So, to begin with here are two of the ones I like: Armadillo Run - an EXCELLENT game with loads of extra levels made by the community. It's like a cross between the bridge builder games and The Incredible Machine ones. I can't stress how great this game is. Uplink (a.k.a. Uplink: Hacker Elite) - a hacking 'simulation' game by Introversion. Defcon - a game much like Global Thermonuclear War from Wargames. Nuke the world. Again by Introversion. I am after more of these simple games to dip into every now and then. I don't want games that take up a lot of time, I want something I can do when I'm bored. Do you know of any you think are worth mentioning?

The official World of Warcraft thread.
Get this: http://www.microsoft.com/technet/sysint ... oruns.mspx And have a look for anything dodgy in the startup sections. That's how it is installing itself again and again.

PS3 Wii or 360 !!!!!!
It's funny to search the completed listings section of ebay UK for "PS3" and see how many preorders have either sold for LESS than the item's RRP or have not met reserve... Scalpers who thought they were making a good investment are getting their comeuppance.

Posting Real Life Pictures
Allowing people to post their MSN details is just as risky as allowing them to post pictures, if not more so. With that they can view your profile which may well have pictures on it alongside location details. They can type it into social networking site searches and find your profiles. Allowing users to post their own domain names is by far the most risky thing you allow. Much more risky than posting pictures. Anyone can do a whois and get the exact address, full name and phone number of the owner. Banning of RL pictures for 'safety' reasons is unwarranted. If you're determined not to allow them, come up with a more realistic reason - perhaps that you're afraid people will be picked on if they're ugly. But claiming it is for the sake of safety is hypocrisy when you allow the posting of MSN/whatever IM details and the posting of people's own domain names. Anyway, can someone clarify exactly what it is you're scared of happening if you allow RL pictures? Do you think two TIF users will be walking along the street, one will recognise the other and say "omg u flamed me 2 months back - now die"? How can pictures alone cause safety problems?

Hotmail won't open..
Do you mean you've enabled the FF built in spellchecker? Or installed a dictionary for it? Just try disabling all your addons, restarting FF and then visiting the site. They won't be uninstalled so you don't have to worry about getting them again.

Exotic Sweets *tasty*
I'm also a big fan of pannacotta, particularly coffee flavour and caramel flavour. One of the most overrated things ever in my opinion.

Hotmail won't open..
Has it ever worked in FF? If so, did you do anything to FF that may have caused it to stop working - perhaps installed new addons? I can tell you it's not a problem with hotmail since that does work in FF for me.

my computer kind of blew up, and won't start?
We need a public blacklist of people who give stupid advice on this forum.

my computer kind of blew up, and won't start?
No it isn't, you idiot. It's already been said by at least 3 people that it's a power supply problem.

Does runescape work on i-mate Jasjam PDA phone?
I don't think so. I have tried on an HTC Universal (HTC also made the phone you have, I don't know what the i-mate name for mine is - it may even be the same phone) and it doesn't.

Other countries stance on censorship?
And a resentment of the government when they overstep the line. Which is inevitable.

4..8..15..16..23..42..(Not lost T.V show related)
Meaning that there is nothing powerful about either of them, or any of their products, since that would make every integer 'powerful'.

Other countries stance on censorship?
China is 'protecting' it's citizens from the 'dangerous' influences of outside media. Maybe he wants something like that.

'Powerful' numbers. Hah.

Other countries stance on censorship?
Why not? What changes do you propose? Censor everything that doesn't conform to his fundamentalist christian views.
