going on rs tonight, which means ill have a chance to take some pics if i remember :thumbsup: also through various pics and other sources i beleive that the mind shield weight either 0kg or less than 1kg the only main thing i have left to do is see if he bearhead weighs something and if it does then im gonna have to test a mind helmet as well (arg thats gonna take a while to get -.- ) and also for the guide: you only list the "almost best" in magic defensive suit that is also cheap but you havent listed a more than weightless suit with high magic defense or an "almost best" suit that weighs the least possible. i think that through random information from all the posts on this guide and some more contributions from players you could add a chart of a magic defense suit from best stuff to worst: spottier cape>spotty cape>saradromin/zamorak/guthix cape>legends cape>normal cape and then one for the best weightless suit bearhead(?)>mind helmet(?)>ghostly hood>gnome/canfis hat>wizrards hat like that for each item as most of the other guides use would definitely improve that guides quality

It says "Barrow Gloves>d hide chaps" shouldnt that be d hide vams? And pretty good guide for starts.

just to let everyone know, you pwn me. :XD: (you too Saidin) also these pics are very helpfull. this means the best suit (as in crafting max nats per hour) is actually different than we might expect. the only thing left to do is look into the max magic boosting defensive gear that also weighs 0kg (which so far ghostly covers but we would be looking for better). I will be getting on tonight and might be able to get some info if im not too busy, such as the weight of bearhead, mind items, ect. along with a "currently best discovered full suit picture at the maximum negative weight" if i can gather all the items.

still working i see. oh and it would help if you had some sort of pic of the whole wildy with pking areas circled instead of just little sections, to help those who have never been to the wilderness before :XD:

i have it and i couldve had the scyth and bunny ears but i found the game and didnt play for 1 and a half years I just keep the yo-yo at diangos so it doesnt take up bank space :)

I would agree with Sir Hartlar, definitely AOW material. no flaws i can see and you have basically said everything there is to say about the spices, which leaves small or no room for improvement or additions, which is jsut that way it should be 10/10

i can see this becoming a GREAT guide with a couple of updates your work is good and i cant wait to see when you post the seaweed collecting and battlestaff guide(just remember to keep ur guides updated, unlike me :XD: ) a couple of tips: 1. bring along and extra gloves of silense or two at higher theiving levels as you can get more than 100 pickpockets in a load of food at that time. 2. if you can use cocholate on your cakes do so as it gives a significant amount more hp than that of normal cake. 3. if you can use the jangerberry+redemption trick i would! the technique is get a full load of jangerberries (which restore 1 prayer point each and i beleive heal a little hp). when at 10% (and above the max hit of the npc when theiving) eat a jangerberry and then use/activate redemption and pickpocket whatever you are pickpocketing(note that it might be a good idea to wear prayer boosting equipment for this) untill you get hit. if your prayer is still active you will get healed for 25% of your prayer level, even though you only use 1 prayer point (which at 99 prayer is 24-25hp!). im not sure if defensive stats of your armor protect you from getting hit more but you should look into it. so far i rate it 6.5/10 but it has the potential to get 10/10 with a little work :thumbsup:

It doesn't, I checked all of them to see if any were different. Only the Mith pickaxe weighed 1kg (has it changed since I checked it? Which wasn't that long ago) less than the others(all except Mithril weigh 2kg). Hmm, I didn't realise Dhide chaps Weigh nothing, I'll have to try that out. :XD: well according to a picture from SaidinWot they do weigh something but im going to test it anyways(i used data from the tip.its item database). also if the tip it items database is not always correct i might have to test all the other items of an ideal suit ingame so mithril does have a weight.... tip.its item database is less reliable than i though :shock: lol also the 1kg weight is not too big of a deal as it only shortens the use of 1% energy by about 0.02 seconds but still worth noting

mugis pure was around 60... but not by using this dumb guide :wink: quite true. muggiwhplar(i think thats his name) did it on a level 37 account i beleive. this technique is not all that bad. the key to writing a fight caves guide would be to have a method for almost all kinds of accounts with different amounts of cash either way this guide is far more than half decent, the title is just a little misleading. keep up the good work :thumbsup:

ah yes, seemed kind of strange that the dragonhgide chaps would have no weight so i guess ill just have to test all the items ingame. also just as a tip for you: get a house and get 61-67 construction as it helps in all sorts of ways even though it costs a decent amount :thumbsup: if i can ill try and get up some info and pics asap but due to happenings irl i might not be able to do so until thursday night

i can see you are a very experienced runecrafter but after about 5 minutes of research i made some discoveries: 1. according to the tip.it items database both dragonhide chaps and vambraces weight 0kg and have better magic defensive stats than ghostly robes (only use the vambraces if you cannot get your hands on pennance gloves :-s ) 2. dont bring a elf crystal, use a home teleport tablet as when you die in your house you lose nothing \ . also if you got a mounted glory you can go strait back to runecrafting :thumbsup: . 3. as is said in guide, the mithril pickaxe weighs 0kg, which is lower than any other pickaxe including bronze :-$ all of the pouches are your only weight plus so at 1kg each pouch and all the weight reducing equipment you have a -8kg weight which is good for keeping run energy up edit: even though the difference in weight from the pickaxe only effect your energy consumption by 0.02 energy use per second its still worth noting also i have come up with a suit for maximum energy conservation which basically replaces the black dragonhide body is replaced with a ghostly robe top: helm: bearhead amulet: glory amulet cape: spottier cape top: ghostly robetop bottoms: black dragonhide chaps weapon: mithril pickaxe shield: mind shield gloves: pennance gloves(hope i spelt that right) boots: boots of lightness ring: ring of life the stats of this suit are: 22/8/20/2/24 \ 47/49/52/52/47 \ 22/3 (note thats 52+ magic defense) since the defensive magic bonus is about half that of the suggested suit you should only use this suit if you are confident that you will not be attacked/killed in the wilderness ps. the mind sheild(according to tip.it's items database) weighs 0kg which the holy book weighs 1kg

I might be able to see if i can get a picture Just a list of what i wear and what for: Helm: Fighter hat, as it gives 5+ for my whip and dds. Amulet: Fury, Its just the overall best Body: Fighter Torso, as it gives some def and strength bonus Legs: Proselyte Legs, as they give more prayer than monk bottoms Boots: Rune, as they give def and str bonus Gloves: Barrows, because their all around best Ring: Warrior, or you could wear a beserker because it would help with dds specials Shield: Rune Defender, for the offensive and str bonuses Weapon: DDS (for specials) and Whip (for att/def training)/D scimmy (for str training) Cape: I personaly wear the quest cape, but you should wear a fire cape if you can get one Also i will use normal attack pots with the super str and att prayers Also attack the YELLOW portal first with your special attacks as it is VERY weak to special attacks.
