The def level was 92, which is usually pretty nice, another level in the 90s, half way to 99... Except I could hardly care with my new chain. When I killed the Dust Devil I looked down and saw the Dragon Chain and shrugged it off, thinking, oh cool. Then after reading my chat box I looked back at the drop thinking that after all, it was a good drop, such as the infamous Dragon Chain, so yeah. It was really weird that it was like in the movies, where you look at something and don't realize what happened, or what was there, and then I suddenly look back thinking, "oh em gee!" Lol. I was so shocked, I started shaking and turned red, I nearly screamed, but it was late at night, lol. So yeah, that was a very weird experience. It was similar to obtaining my Fire Cape on my first try, except it would be like not knowing I actually beat that stupid Jad. Well, good luck to everyone working towards their precious chains, I finally obtained some luck in this game.

Bump! This update must be seen! :D Sorry to everyone who thinks I'm bragging too much or anything, I'm just really excited that I've had luck finally.

Just got this after 2.5-3k Dust Devils, got it 4 Dust Devils before my Def lvl up so that was completely lucky.

Way to spoil it lol. Well as promised... Then... I decided to kill some Dust Devils for 92 Def (90k xp away at the time), so I wondered off to the cavern... 4 Dust Devils before I level up and I see something red on the ground. I glance at it and thought, oh cool, pretty sweet. Then I looked back at it after reading my chat box... And examine it closer... I turned red, started shaking, and almost screamed... Except it was late at night. I couldn't believe my eyes. I just got what everyone would love to get, and for the full share too! z0mg rich p10x! Lol, I freaked out. Then 4 Dust Devils later got this level up, which is nothing compared to the previous picture. Two things, thank you everyone who made me wear a Row instead of a Warrior Ring from the Blogscape chat. It was a very good choice. Row at Dusties from now on. And also for a special someone, Emerald > Ruby.

I hate both the Sandwich Lady (only good when I need a bit of extra food) and having to fish for Bob. Although it is nice it only takes 1 fish to get Bob to sleep. But the reward is fairly noobtastic.

Yes but one more piece of really good equipment that is untradable and can be picked back up will make the triangle become very isosceles, or scalene triangle, depending on how you rank Magic and Range in there. BAWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW. This argument has been made since forever. Try fighting a tank on a non-pure, and watch how badly you get owned. Range is as every bit as good as melee, and there should be no arguments to that at this point. It's just obvious. But now with the Godsword... And if they were to introduce a Dragon Defender, it would make things a bit more top heavy (referring back to my idea of the picture). Plus only some people create tank rangers, not everyone. And Whip + Rune Def owns enough, but Dragon would just overpower too much. Oh, i getcha. i thought you were reffering to the current day. Sorry. Yeah, the DD would completely destroy everything [/hide] Exactly, think if someone went unskulled into wilderness (and never did skull) with Whip + Dragon Defender, and then smashed their opponent and then switched to Godsword and speced when low hp. Of course they could do that with rune def as well, but just to emphasize it all, with all of these new things to add to melee, it's not going to happen, at least at any time soon. It will be a long time if it does come out.

Same with me, I really don't care about pking, I never really have pked in my career, except in f2p. And I could really care less about the triangle, however if anyone's going to complain about things, it will be the hardcore pkers. Usually updates to combat classes affect the pkers the most (emotionally) but overall affect the trainers the most. So that's why pkers are usually the ones involved in the discussion the most.

And that's why they investigate, to see if it looks as if there is multiple logging in, like if the only time someone logins from that ip address, there's another log in too or something like that.

I used cow hides to 63, but this is because I was f2p at the time, but it's a quick way without using dragonhide at low levels, or something like flax. There are tons of methods though if you check out Tip.it's Crafting guide.

You could also kill Moss Giants, that's what I did in f2p, but of course that's f2p. You could go to the island off of... Brimhaven? I forget where exactly, and there are cake spawns so you could use that for extra food as well as your normal food.

I agree with you 100%, however do you think Jagex is going to make an update for pkers with low cash money? It's not as likely. I'm sure if they could make Dragon Defenders tradable, then they would come out with them, but since they aren't, it's just a bit different.

Great discussion :) Anyways, I don't think that they would because it's one thing to overpower a style of combat (such as what Godsword did with Melee kind of), but then to overpower the skill again with an increased defender that can't be looted and can just be taken back as the pker goes to pick up the rest of his stuff would be too much. It'd be used more commonly than a Dragon Fire Shield then for training (if you had the money) because it'd have a +6 or +7 str bonus most likely, and give better attack bonuses than rune... So I just think that since it's untradable, it won't get better than rune. This is true, however Jagex doesn't always take the popularity of an item into consideration, or at least they don't put tons of effort into it for a while. I just don't think that they will make one, and if they do, it won't be for a while.

Well, I hate to be like, "z0mg I'd buy a phat and then merchant the rest of the money to get lotz of geepeeeeeeee, or buy all the itemz I'd ever want." but... That's kind of what I'd do. I'd buy a Purple Party Hat, it's my favorite color and my favorite rare, I've wanted one since I knew what a Party Hat was. I've been saving up for one recently while trying to skill, hasn't been working too well. So I'd buy that... Then the last 80-85m would be kept in my bank, and go towards skilling. MAYBE I would buy a Bandos Godsword if they got cheaper and I felt a burning desire, but I'd probably keep the money to skill. However I would not be looking to invest in anything, or get 99 Construction or Prayer, but just to skill in general.

That seems really stupid, considering that it actually gives advertisement for Runescape if people haven't seen/heard of the game before. But if they feel that some are bad for their reputation, I could see that happening, but pk videos and what not? I don't see a reason. Oh and hey Axe :D

Bumpage! I haven't been doing much lately because I've been either busy or bored. I ended up Barrowing and after 10 dry trips, got a K Skirt, nothing amazing. I'll upload it later. I then bought some D Boots (560k) and a Warrior Ring (500k). While I was there I bought a Dark Bow and Ahrim Top for my friend and he paid me back and a little profit, so that was nice. I tried out the bow and it sucks tbh, only good for the spec, which is ok, only good for Dragon Arrows.
