Wood Ranch (It's a steak/grill type restaurant), I had a tri tip sandwich, potato salad, rolls, baked beans. I love that type of food. My dad got a $50 gift certificate to there from his old employers as a going-away present thing (he recently got a new job, which starts tomorrow).

I own 2 and 3, never played 1. Like both those (I've had 2 longer, so I have more stuff stored up on it; but 3 is fun too), I might get 4, I dunno. Aside from graphics, what does civ4 have that makes it better than civ3? I'm curious.

That title has possible double meanings. :anxious: OT, though, I haven't had much chance to help people lately. Whenever I see people, they're rarely in need of help. Holding open a door is the best I've done in the past few weeks.

Like: Science, band. Dislike: History. I like math, but I don't like school math or my math class, if you see what I'm saying.

I don't even have a console. I might get a Wii though. As for the computer, I'll get a little bored without it, unless I have something better to do. With summer, and thus more chance to bike, skate, swim, and hang out with friends, I should be able to go without a computer for a while :)

Not my cup of tea. I have a dislike of most things anime, though.

Nobody likes me? :( Just kidding, I'm probably too new yet. My favorites are IGoddessI - Smart, insightful, and a good psychologist. Bubsa - Not just because of post count, his funny posts are really funny and his serious posts make sense and carry good meaning. In my opinion. Tapical - His stories rock; "Ten Days, Ten Threads" looks as though it will turn out cool, and I remember the pure gold of the Senior Prank story. Tigra - Good debater. I agree mostly with him religiously and politically, and he never seems to get carried away - always laid back and cool. Nadril - Another funny guy most of the time who nonetheless makes good points. That's the Top 5; not nessecarily in any order.

8th grade End of Year trip to Six Flags was yesterday. You get to miss a lot of school, watch the girls scream on Goliath (which, for those who don't know, is this giant-drop coaster that's the tallest around, really fun), eat shaved ices, and go on cool rides. What can I say, I'm a roller coaster fan. There's no prank tradition (I guess that's more high school than middle school), but I think I'm gonna pull one this year. I've garnered a good deal of ideas from these forums; now I'm thinking how to make it work. If it goes through I'll post a story. :anxious:

That reminds me of today, actually, at school there was this giant cricket which I caught in the middle of the hallway(it had a broken leg, poor thing) and put it in the bushes. These girls next to me were yelling at me to kill it...idiots, crickets have a right to live too. -.-

I imagine most guys here would, but most guys here, and most guys in general, wouldn't try to r@pe a naked chick, who you didn't know, if you saw her walking by naked on the street, would you? Didn't they have some evidence, or at least they thought they did, but they were too slow to act on it? I think I read that in a WWII book; it was something like that. Then again, people have said the same thing about 9/11, so I wouldn't know...

Well, unfortunately, you have little power by yourself, but at least your mom is on your side. Tell them, or ask your mom to tell them, at the conference, that you obtained permission from all concerned, and the parents of all concerned. Tell them further that, as a frequent user of the Internet, you are well-versed in Internet safety and knew what you were doing (Which I'm sure you did). I honestly don't think anything unsafe is going to happen just because you posted that video on YouTube; your teacher, I imagine, is simply being paranoid. Good luck at your conference, and I hope your teacher gets a lesson of reason driven home into her thick, empty head. :-w
