Kinda depends on the store's stock. I believe the Mage Guild's stock is normally pretty high, that's where I normally purchase my runes. :)

Unfortunatly, the only thing you can do is see if he will return your items, Without proof of a scam, Jagex can do nothing. I suppose youshould let this be a lesson. I would have to know someone for ages before I'd trust them with anything of mine. There are just too many such scammers nowadays, so you have to be careful. :? -
My opinion is No. Free players get so much for free already. If they desperatly wanted a skill cape, then all they have to do is spend 4 - 6 pounds on a months membership, and buy a cape. :P

Pures are more a sign of people who like PKing, both in the wilderness and out. They're often used in the Duel Arena. Although I made my Range Pure out of boredom. :|

I don't think Jagex really review the Ban Appeals that much, so your chances are very slim. Just keep trying, hopefully you'll get your account back. :)

I was threatened with being reported for Item Scamming if I didn't stop mining ore from a rock someone else was mining on. XD She eventually left though. :)

To be honest, the people who were muted were muted for a reason, so they shouldn't be allowed any form of communication where they could further break the rules. :?

There's no way to place your IP on the recovery form. All I can suggest on getting your account back is using the exact information. Although Jagex may also look at the IP addresses themselves to see who has been on your account etc. to prove that it's your account. I beleive that's what they had to do when I was recoring my Pure since I didn't have recovery questions. :| -
I think they can attack you in the area that you fight the demon. But in the Bank area they cannot attack you. Although I'm not sure on the first part, sinc eit's been ages since I completed it. And PKers often hang around the teleport area to enter it, just go to a 'quiet' world.

I have 3 phobias; Spiders, small spaces & Heights. Spiders really freak me out, nto sure why since one has never harmed me, but I've always been scared of them. For heights, well, I just despise them. And as a kid my uncle thought it'd be fun to lure me into the boot of a car, and lock me in for around 15 minutes, never liked small spaces since then.

It probably is mere maintenance, but Email Validation of accounts would be a lot more efficient in getting rid of Bots. It'd probably be the start of wiping them all out altogether. :o

I agree with ThruItAll, the water could do with some more blue to make it look more realistic. But the dolphin does look amazing! Nice job. :P

I think the child will have a bad childhood, as I'm school he'll be the target of many bullies at school for that name. :/ Bit unfair of the parents. But at 16 he can get his name changed I guess, but 16 years of "Superman" isn't going to go smoothly. :?
