Not only that, all the new skill icons look like rubbish (especially the defence shield :shame: ) I dont see how those idiots can complain about an update that does nothing but good for everyone. Now there will be less scams and less people ranting about being scammed on the RSOF. There will still be thousands of morons in the Rants forum, but less "OmG 1 W4S sC4Mm3D/H4Xx0R3d!!!!!!" ones Noobs...

Jagex probably misses the tighter, better community of RSC before people started abusing the game with Macro programs. But they also probably love RS2 because of its great success, I mean come on... wouldn't you love something that made you rich? I personally wish we could combine RS2's game content with RSC's community... would be an awsome game then.

Yep, its called Mechscape, and will be coming out eventually... If we were playing RS3 then Jagex would've announced it in giant letters on the main page. Right now its still RS2 but it has expanded so much that its safe to call it RS 2.4.3568.15 (.4 for the engine upgrades, .3568 for the content updates, and .15 for any other updates that Jagex made without announcing them to the public)

They really do care about their customers, and not just their extremely large bank account. They are asking their customers what they want, while improving the game at the same time. The Grand Exchange will cut down on autotypers and scammers, while bringing in an update that will better the economy and make a lot of players happy. The Duel Arena update is just freakin awsome, nothing more to say about that... :D =D> Jagex =D> EDIT: Dangit I was so close to getting the first post...

This update wont ruin merchanting, but it will change it. It should actually boost merchanting, and there will be less scammers, autotypers, lurers, and pretty much every type of moron you can think of, in the worlds. No more morons! =D> Jagex! =D>

I have always been able to put RS on the back-burner if something important is happening, like school, etc. I consider myself lucky, since most people cant do that due to addiction and wind up failing tests, and losing relationships, because of a game. Truth is, if people didnt play RS they would find some other way to waste their free-time, because that is what people do(not saying the game is a waste of time, but compared to other things in life it isnt as important). It wont change...

Actually, the word Newb (derived from Newbie) means new player. The word Noob means an annoying/ stupid player. The word Noob was originally Newb, but somebody decided it was "L33t" to misspell it because they are too lazy to press n-e-w-b on the keyboard. Somehow from there it was twisted into its current meaning (annoying player). The word Newb is not an insult (although used as one), it merely means new player, I.E. unexperienced. The word Noob is an insult, and is so overused that it really means nothing anymore, and being offended by it is slightly pointless. Besides, people will just find a way around the censor if the word Noob is blocked, because thats how people are... Oh god I feel like a combination of Dr. Phil and Oprah... :roll:

When can we all expect the finished product? Id love to see it, itll be huge!! :o
