  1. Okay, if Jagex really does this they are awesome! :D Maybe some new posters, that'd be nice. I would definitely like a large poster of Morytania/Isafdar/Varrock/etc. on my wall!
  2. Happy birthday Andrew and Lightning! :)
  3. Just put the things you want hidden between [hide] and [\hide], but with the \ being a /. EDIT: As Adellund said, the first two pictures of question three don't work.
  4. Hmm you might have something here! :D
  5. [hide]More words of the possible anagram: Lumbridge Edgeville Draynor Barbarian Village Misthalin Goblin Village Ice Mountain Ice Dungeon ARE ALL IMPOSSIBLE However, Oracle is possible, Talked to her, doesn't say anything :(.[/hide]
  6. [hide]I'm looking if it's an anagram or not. Looking at the sentence "Active game player rescues our cliff imp", I come to the following conclusions: These are all impossible, as some letters are unavailable: Falador Varrock Kandarin Asgarnia Al Kharid Rimmington Port Sarim, however, IS possible. [/hide]
  7. Guys, please put your answers in spoiler tags, including the location of the last contact. As for the final clue: [hide]I think it's an anagram.[/hide]
  8. Warriormonk, this is the most fiendish and challenging RuneScape test I've ever encountered! You really have an eye for questions other than "What is the name of the King of Varrock?". I already know my score isn't 100%, but I hope I haven't ashamed my title :).
  9. Got the first and last one rather quickly, but failed to see the common sense in the middle clue. After a whole lot of maths I came to the conclusion that Fred has worked 47.62% of the ten acres, and therefore he would be entitled to 190,48 gp  Obviously I was wrong, and it was strange anyway that Jagex would give us such a difficult clue... Looked at it again and discovered they both get [hide]200 gp[/hide] Great idea of Jagex to do this, although it would be even better if only the worthy get the prize  [/elitist].
  10. Nice read! I don't know if they mean the Mahjarrat storyline when he's talking about an 'older storyline', because that one has received quite a few sequels over time, in the form of Mysteries of the Mahjarrat. Maybe they mean the Gnome storyline  (wild guess). The picture is nice, as it shows us the updated orks that'll come with FTP3.
  11. Seen it a couple months back, very interesting indeed. :o I'd like to know where and when the Water Troll will get implemented. Some people suggest either the next pirate quest or the Eastern Lands (or both!), and although there's little to back up that claim it does sound good :D That the Trolls will get a graphical makeover has been known for a while, since the Undead Trolls encountered in WGS also had a new look.
  12. Aww now I feel all fuzzy inside <3: Lightning chat was the best chat ever, everybody knew eachother! I remember the day I first came into the chat and asked "Is this the Tipit chat?" real polite and all , and everyone would say "No, this is pokemon chat" or something like that . Such great times, and Lady's been there all the time <3 I wub you!! <3:
  13. After reading your reply, I agree with your thoughts and suggested course of action :)
  14. Once I read the announcement of the new God Guide here on Tipit I immediately began to read it, as lore is one of my favourite subjects. Nicely written I must say, although I spotted some errors and inconsistencies. Here is a list: Saradomin : Although technically not wrong, I'm not sure we should present as a fact that Saradomin is "good". I'm sure you are all aware of the debate going on regarding Saradomin and Zamorak, but it's entirely up to you. By the way, Zamorak is spelled as Zamarok in this article. Zamorak: Same as above, but with "evil". Guthix: Some minor inconsistencies in referring to Guthix as "it" or "him" Apmeken: Never found any evidence of her being evil... Scabaras: It's a bit of a difficult case, but I would not say he is evil. He was a bit of a rebel yes, and defied the Edicts of Guthix, but his following only desires to be alone and so reach enlightenment. Armadyl: It could maybe help if Armadyl is called "God of Justice" in the article. Justice and Order are seperate things though, and some think Armadyl is less radical in achieving his goals than Saradomin is in his. Bandos: It says in the article he created the Goblins. This is not true. He only brought them from their homeworld (Yu'biusk) to Gielinor. But for the most part it's a great guide for people to learn more of the Gods, so kudos! :)
  15. Guys guys, the new skill will obviously be Bobsledding! You will get the materials through Smithing, Woodcutting and Construction. This way Smithing will get a use again! You can use it to get around on the new continent of Acheron in the far North, and in the new Grandmaster Quest you will use a runite bobsled to crash the Mahjarrat's sleepover-and-revitalize-party from above! :twss:
  16. Maybe I'll watch all six videos later, but what I'm really interested in are the screenshots visible in the back. [hide] There are more, but my internet is being stupid right now <_< [/hide] It could be that these rooms are from recent quests like Within The Light (or maybe WGS, you all know I haven't started that one yet), but I just don't know 'em from anywhere. EDIT: Oh, and thanks for uploading
  17. Yeah saw it too. Jagex had great timing introducing these things, as I already shiver at the thought of right-clicking 64 pieces of furniture... :ohnoes: EDIT: Right-clicking over one hundred pieces of furniture that is, with only 64 being webable (lol)
  18. http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Notes Cheers :P
  19. This has just confirmed that I won't do the event, like all others holiday events with cosmetic rewards. Sheesh, lighten up a little, what's wrong with a few cosmetic rewards? The game is about having fun, in case you haven't noticed. I thought graphically the Halloween event was very well done, it was atmospheric and fun. They really should add footstep noises in the game in general, it really adds to the atmosphere of certain areas. Good idea! :) It'll help to distinguish a relaxing walk trough Isafdar forest from, for example, racing with a panicked pace through the Temple of Light...
  20. Yep, and (I think) 39 of them are already known, so this one has to be one of the other 25. Unless it's a series of codes, like the Fairy Queen hideout... :?
  21. Sounds like he is the man for the job! Interesting plans for the future and he did some good research for this one. :-) I think this storyline will get an awesome ending!
  22. Libs, how can you start flaming the quest for its length while you haven't even completed it yet? Oh yeah and WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Elf Quest finally! And look at those req's! <3:
  23. Oh man I'm getting all excited due to these Twitter hints :D A new Elven quest in my lifetime, who would have guessed it? Or at least it looks that way, though nothing is sure. If it really IS a new Elven quest it'll be ME3 me thinks, as they mention 'old friends', aka Arianwyn. Anyway, nice nice! I love this storyline! By the way 3_Hit, what info gave you that idea? Never heard anything like that...
  24. Epic picture there Vaporage, you're a genuine master artist =D> <3: I agree with the person a few posts above me, the Edgeville drawing is really nice. I wish it would be like that in-game. The five new wallpapers are nice too, although they're not really that new. I've had 'em in my RuneScape art folder for a couple of months now. I think I found them somewhere on the Jagex site...
  25. I understand what you mean, but if you perform the same scenario over and over again, even chaos would get predictable. At least that's what I believe, looking at radioactive decay. The process is completely random and stochastic, but in large numbers predictable. Nice storyline idea btw :)
