  1. 1. Barrows 2. Chompy Genociding Actually, I kinda like them all, except Castle Wars and Jungle Clean-Up
  2. hally has better special and it can attack over some obstacles
  3. alrite, hotkeys! I sent in a suggestion a couple weeks ago asking for these.
  4. there is always the general store in the wildy at the bandit camp
  5. so we can average killing 5 birds a minute while attacking them, plucking them, and catching and releasing frogs? and perhaps picking up arrows too? i must say thats pretty impressive
  6. i had those coordinates yesterday to get there, you need to find someone willing to duel you just make sure you check the obstacles option you'll go to the arena, and quickly dig in the spot before the person you're dueling kills you and calls you a noob i've had two coordinates leading there before, and neither of them called a sara or even a zammy mage on me
  7. Exactly the same for me. What was even weirder was that I was complaining about it the day before and I got the first two as back-to-back randoms while doing the same thing nearly in the same spot (high-alcing at catherby farming patches)
  8. hey I think this letters to the Editor idea is working really well I know many people choose not to read the updates or the behind-the-scenes articles. But it would definitely benefit them if they could spend five minutes of their life to just read a little about how the game is changing. A little bit of information could never hurt and its a whole lot better than being left in the dark about something. It could even prevent them from getting scammed.
  9. 99 Agility some good barrows items (or at least one to break my 41 dry streak) a few defense and range levels leading to a fire cape
  10. When my construction level was 1. I simply leveled up using the Tears of Guthix minigame. It was about 5 weeks until I got to lvl 33. So, if you are willing to wait, thats totally free experience and you won't have to wonder what to build. Just make sure you have a house before collecting any tears. If you don't wanna do that, just build anything really. The more supplies you use, the better.
  11. when I switched to ape atoll at lvl 70 agility, I brought along many agility potions, each lvl they helped me with, my failing rate greatly decreased
  12. Hey everyone, I'm in the process of buying battlestaffs because....I want to. I want to get everyone's opinions on where I should buy them. From Baby Yaga on Lunar Isle or the Mage's Guild. Mage's Guild: start cost: 7000 final cost: 7028 avg. cost: 7014 Baby Yaga: start cost: 7000 final cost: 7280 avg. cost: 7140 If it was that simple I would just buy at Mage's Guild, but its not. As many of you know, the staffs at the Mage's Guild are usually sold out or have one of two left. The fact that there are frequently only a few left made me modify the average cost to 7021 (big deal). The difference in average cost is 119gp. This means that shopping at Baby Yaga's house would cost me an average of 119gp more per staff as opposed to the Mage's Guild. But the time saved by shopping at Baby Yaga's house may make up for the extra cost. Please post your opinions.
  13. I wouldn't say I hate any of them. I just think the ones where people add an extra 'y' to the end of the abbreviation are lame. wildy, ardy, addy... ...seriously, where did that 'y' come from? Exactly
  14. there is also the Temple Knight/Seas Slug Series cuz we all remember the ending of Slug Menace
  15. pickpocket, use dark gloves if you have them i believe guards would be best
  16. http://forum.tip.it/viewtopic.php?t=591439 Read that, its amazing.
  17. i didn't like the cost of dragon armor, so I go in my rune =) with a decent defense and prayer level, I can manage fine using only 5 monkfish/lobsters and no ppots per trip (unless its Karil tunnel)
  18. the person (elf) your looking for is named Ilfeen
  19. right, it does depend on how you want to use your house if you wanna have parties with your friends, they might prefer a dungeon party type house with a fairly large dungeon or a combat room if you are going to be using your house for skill training, you'll definitely want rooms like a chapel, study, and portal room(s) if you want to have huge house parties, you'll want a bit of everything because people have really short attention spans and will wander around for a while until they end up in the dungeon, die, and go on to the next house party Don't forget you can have 2 stories above ground and one below and make sure to leave room for your house to grow but nearly everyone agrees on having a couple of rooms: -chapel -costume room -portal room -throne room I spent many nights planning out the design for my house, but I finally settled on a design where the doors match up nicely and has everything I want. (No I will not share my design)
  20. yeah, ok, but this won't work During one wave, the game records a maximum of 512 (I think) hp healed. This leads to 28 points for the team. If you are a healer, you get those 28 points again because you're role was healer, even if you didn't do any healing at all. So here's an example: You are a healer, whatever level you want to be. You don't do any healing this round because there is a better healer marking your team. You kill all the Penance Healers. At the end of the round, the other healer says he easily healed over 1000 hit points. You see on your score breakdown screen that 512 hit points were healed and each team member gets 28 points for that. But, because you're also a healer, you get 28 points again.
  21. here's some that might have been said already damp tinderbox that spot potion imps drop fliers "Gets you axes from Bob's Axes!" IMO: The damp tinderbox is not a quest item.
  22. if ur talking about range training, it picks up everything you shoot out (that could otherwise be retrieved) if ur talking about random generation of items, it generates steel/iron arrows (mostly), knives, darts, iron ore, steel helm, ive also gotten several clockwork mice from it
  23. I unlocked all three. Then I decided that Guthix Claws was my favorite animation, so I chose that one. Why do I care about the added benefits if I don't use it for PKing. Remember to choose based on what you need it for.
  24. ive seen ppl use draynor (go east) and yanille (go north) personally, i like somewhere else just because of the scenery, but i don't think its as fast as either of those places
  25. ur actually both wrong you go to varrock and talk to dimintheis (start of quest) he will give you back the gauntlets with the enchantment you had on it
