When at rock lobs, usually you use ice burst to kill 7 or 9 at once, and you use about 1k an hour.

Equip: Torags helm Sara dhide body Arma pendant Torags legs Granite shield Zamorak book Rune crossbow Broad bolts Archer ring if you want Dragon boots. Invent 100 alchs 50 b2p tabs incase =p Mithril grapple for best resuslts, only if have arma item. Rest of invent is monks, if i remember correctly. Can replace zammy book with cape/bracers, and same for all other god items, but try to get an armadyl item, it helps ALOT.
