Yes, but it increases your chance of getting worthless drops like d med, d spear, gems, crystal keys, aswell as getting less "nothing" drops. I'd get another ring if I were you. Edit: There's a rumour that Jennica's ring will increase the chance of sigils when fighting corp, but that's probably not true.

I don't think much will happen.. Of course there will be the initial panic selling and buying, some supply and demand issues (which automatically is fixed quickly) and perhaps a small raise in pk'ing items. I'm thinking the biggest change will be that items with a street-value (cracker, phats, divine, half full wine jug, pumpkin, easter egg, disk) will raise a ton to get closer to their real value.

The inside of the cavern isn't considered pvp and if anything they'd prolly just make it single outside of it (super easy to get away then considering) or bring it inside the ranch and make the ranch safe. Exactly. Also, you aren't skulled going to corp. You're filled with brews or sharks. You're in dhides, which makes it hard for you to be frozen. Last of all, most people going to corp are maxed. Really, I don't see people camping the route to corp for kills, they won't even get many drops. The first part of running up there is multi.

It's not gonna be a problem. Jagex won't let that happen - last time they almost had to shut down Runescape. They've had years to make a way to avoid this. Definitely gonna stake a ton when it's gonna be implemented.
