Mith Drag Hunting
If you approach this with an aim to kill them for their regular drops, and to be excited at the possibility of a rare DFH/DFS drop, great. If you are killing them *expecting* one of those drops, prepare for disappointment. You can certainly make decent money at miths even without a rare drop, but you need to use proper technique and bank all the drops. The new fairy ring makes this a lot easier.

Give a man a fish; you have fed him for today. Teach a man to fish; and you have fed him for a lifetime
Right wingers are terribly offended by the prospect of giving a man a fish. But giving the fish processing conglomerate -- whose CEO is a pal of a powerful politician -- a no-bid contract to provide $50,000,000 in fish to the government? That's just swell.

Your 126cmb, so you can crash me, right?
It's a good resource monster, and it's fun? (Well, except when you have to deal with morons.) I have to wonder why, given that it's the fastest way to kill it.

aquanites
I tried fighting in Karils with a bunyip. They don't drop enough raw fish to keep up with the damage they do, so I switched to prayer. It's actually cheaper to use a few prayer pots and take the raw fish home with a beast of burden.

Your 126cmb, so you can crash me, right?
I'm high level and I've killed the mole many times. It's really not like most other limited resources or mobs for which there is high competition, because it is one case where low levels can truly mess up play for high level players. I never crash at the mole. I always find a world that is unpopulated. That sometimes means that I end up in a world where respawns take slightly longer, but I feel it's a worthwhile price to pay to be a considerate player. I often get crashed, and it is nearly always by players in the combat 80-110 range. Often they are there without even any armor or weapons, and they just run behind me and punch or kick the mole to make it dig, deliberately trying to mess me up. These people are little more than griefers, since they get absolutely nothing from this other than the "enjoyment" of pissing me off. To be fair, though, most of the mid level players I run into do *not* behave like this. As for the high level players trying to rationalize their anti-social behavior: it's called the Golden Rule for a reason. Next time you're wondering why people treat you like crap in RS, look in the mirror for part of the cause.

Crimsons per hour at CT fiends
Yeah, that section just lists other monsters that satisfy the Slayer assignment for the current monster.

Crimsons per hour at CT fiends
Yes the Ghorrock ones suck, but I don't think I linked to those. :)

Crimsons per hour at CT fiends
In my tests, 150 crimson per hour plus a small number of other charms. You may find this useful. It includes a recently done drop log of exactly this method.

aquanites
Leaf-bladed sword or Zammy spear are more effective on aquanites than a whip.

Managing thine Kingdom
I have a Miscellania resource mini-guide on my site that accurately computes the current values of all of the Miscellania options based on a large amount of compiled data. It takes into account regular and "bonus" items and is updated regularly. Herbs are still the most profitable option, followed by maples.

Gradually Buy Prayer or Herblore?
The most important milestone in high Herblore is 84, so you can make super antifires using regular greenman's ale. Super antifires *greatly* speed up dragon killing. I wouldn't bother with curses until you can get to 95. Turmoil is better than Piety, but losing Piety is not made up for by the lesser curses.
-
Extremes vrs Supers
Herblore is not free. Even if you collect the herbs yourself, you are giving up the money you could have earned by selling the herbs. Saying Herblore is free would be like saying that if you work 40 hours a week in exchange for not cash but items, that the items are free.
-
Extremes vrs Supers
I'd say the exact opposite is true. The only really revolutionary extreme pots are super antifires and overloads; the others are only incrementally better than the regular versions. But Soul Split and Turmoil are incredibly useful.

Where to get 5.6k wolf bones?
The fastest way to get wolf bones via combat is not at White Wolf Mountain, but at the Stronghold of Security. Full method descriptions with details and numbers here.

Gradually Buy Prayer or Herblore?
Having high prayer is much more useful than high Herblore. Soul Split and Turmoil are really amazing -- extreme pots are only a little better than the super versions. The only really revolutionary extreme pots are super antifire (if you kill dragons a lot) and overloads (if you do a lot of high boss hunting). I'd build a gilded altar and spend an hour a day hunting dragons.
-
Charms
Waterfiends are still the best in most cases.
-
Best method to train prayer?
At level 56, assuming an opportunity cost of 500k/hr, your most efficient option is using big bones on a gilded altar. However, dragon bones are just slightly more expensive and a lot faster.

Abortion
You admit that prohibition increased crime, but can't see that the War on Certain Drugs does exactly the same? How odd. Kids who are going to get lured in, get lured in, regardless of legality or not. Some are *more* likely to use drugs *because* they are illegal. I am not suggesting minors should be able to get drugs, by the way -- I'm talking about adults. As for illegality of suicide, it is entirely based on religious kookery and control-freakism -- there is no other reason for it.

Special Restore Potions
I don't use my spec restore pots all that much, but they are quite cost effective to make at that level. You *can* make good use of them if you remember to bring them with. Super antifires are the most useful of the new potions if you fight dragons. You can increase your kill rate by a large percentage, making these effectively very valuable pots. The drawback is the slow, manual process to get the feathers.

Cheap Herblore Training
There is no consensus. It is all a trade-off and you have to decide what is more important to you: training speed or training cost. I have a detailed guide on the member's side of my site that computes various options on a daily basis, but it is too complicated to summarize here. If you give a better indication of what you're willing to spend, I can make some suggestions.
