Found a fantastic way to make money off of scammers
You still haven't told me why scamming scammers is bad. It's like saying executing murderers are bad, because then you'd be killing too. Oh you probably would be against that. Nvm. You're no better than the scammer for scamming. There's a reason not every murderer gets the death penalty. Lol if people are enough of an idiot to get scammed they deserve it. If the scammer is also one of the idiots that lose at their own trust game, they also probably deserve it. Game wouldn't be fun if it didn't work like this. I scammed and lured legitimate players and also the people that were trying to lure/scam me b4. It's fun. Just because you scam people (which isn't legal in the game), doesn't mean you can say it's not a bad idea. Nothing has happened lol. Only positive vibes and lots of irl lols. Some of it is justified, some of it isn't. I've seen my friend get muted scamming, but that's only because he spammed "doubling money" in the ge, and didn't do it discretely or try to rip off the scammers. Worse that happens is a 48 hr mute, and there's no way you're going to be in trouble if the person you're scamming is also a scammer. Only reason why it might be a bad idea is if you find some sort of intrinsic value to being nice on this game, otherwise it's a nice funny way to make a decent amount of cash.

You still haven't told me why scamming scammers is bad. It's like saying executing murderers are bad, because then you'd be killing too. Oh you probably would be against that. Nvm. Biggest reason it's justified is that it's an efficient money maker. There. That's different - there's a whole legal system for that. (Also, the death penalty isn't active in most states - if any. Maybe texas but I don't think they've executed anybody in a while) You are in fact scamming - you not only targeted the scammers on the market but also people who didn't do anything as you said yourself. All Tip.it is trying to tell you is that - there are tons of way to make >250k an hour without risking your account. If you try to log in one day and you find that your account is banned or even if you get hacked - don't expect sympathy. You brought it upon yourself. I live in texas and i can tell you that the death penalty is being administered quite periodically. I wouldn't expect sympathy if i was scammed/banned/lured/hacked if i was dumb enough to trust botting companies, and neither should the scammers/luerers i end up ripping off.

Found a fantastic way to make money off of scammers
I got 500k within 10 minutes of walking around world 3. It was like scammer central there for a while. Hell, i even did it by asking people who weren't originally scamming if they could double my money and acting like a complete noob, most people thought i really was going to give them 1m or something and ended up giving me 100k in a heartbeat. Do that to everyone you can in the GE and it's actually pretty efficient. I would have took pics, but it would have slowed me down. People are going to eventually see through this, so do it while you can lol

He would never end up scamming anyone.. He wants his money doubled, he gets it doubled. He keeps going 'till he wants to stop - then he stops and profits. ;) He is saying if he doubles his 50k then he will give him 1m next, but he doesn't, hence scamming. Because the scammer is going to report you right? Integrity check. It's scamming, point blank. Who cares? I wouldn't feel guilty about stealing an item from someone that the person stole in the first place. Think it's a better punishment to the scammer than reporting him. Just like its a better punishment for botters to get their mains and mules hacked and get their banks cleaned.

Lunar Magicks Farming Question
spellbook swap and trollheim tele. If you can't spellbook swap it's not worth it to farm on lunars.

Keeping Cape Untrimmed
It automatically trimmed the cape even when it was on the ground for me, like i saw it change colors im not sure if telegrab matters. I didn't try hopping worlds to get the level so it might work, but i don't think you would need to telegrab.

lol I just start off by offering them like 1m and hitting accept, than decline after second trade window. Then go "how i know, i can trust you, triple my 50k", and most of the time they do it because they think they could get 1m off me. I walked around the GE doing this in W3 and made like 500k profit in 8 minutes. Probably more efficient than doing frosts tbh, although rates would just depends on how convincing you are.

Keeping Cape Untrimmed
None of the ways people suggested work. I tried dropping my untrimmed mage cape on the ground while getting 99 range on an f2p world, and it trimmed the cape sitting on the ground while it was even labeled as a "member's object". It's pretty much impossible now.

How to make my money back?
Do it, you won't.

Connection lost..
Get jagex to L2 server manage.
-
Just the opposite
This is why you don't stake. Pking is more fun regardless of the outcome and you'll never risk losing your bank.

New Option: Buy Banned Accounts
The rate at which people can buy gold would definitely overcome the rate of inflation. It would just screw over anyone who doesn't want to buy gold. And pretty much all of f2p. It would just turn the game into another type of rpg. Really depends how bad RWT gets, don't think it'll ever get that bad to where jagex would have to resort to something like that.
-
Oh the perils of botting
Cheating comes at so many risks, from both jagex and the people that sell stuff to the cheaters. This update resulted in more gold farmers and capital for RWT sites and decreased the amount of actual players botting because they're lazy. Not sure if it's a good thing or just zero sum. Honestly i expected a mass ban from jagex, but this works too....i guess...the justice comes from the larger criminals rather than legitimate action....i can haz irony

New Option: Buy Banned Accounts
At least now it would cost people that RWT not only the money they paid and the stuff they got from it, but also extra cash to keep playing.
-
New Option: Buy Banned Accounts
Report them because now you get to take RL money away from them if they want their account back. And hopefully GF everything they botted.

WAIT ONE SECOND WHAT THE HELL JUST HAPPEND
THOSE CRUCIAL 2 DAYS!@!@!@!@!@! thats like....40 cents if ur using mem cards/credit card?
-
New Option: Buy Banned Accounts
Yup. I know if I were to steal my parents' credit cards, they wouldn't just ban me from RS... They'd probably literally smash my laptop in front of me. And then, being as I am well over 14, they'd probably call the police on me :P Not trying to start anything but if you bought the laptop or it was given to you and they smash it then you could call the cops on them. JS. Imo they shouldn't be allowed to buy back the accounts. If they are stupid enough to get it banned they don't need that account. Meh, it doesn't hurt anyone, and only costs the botters RL cash. Honestly i find this a great and hilarious solution, considering I would make fun of anyone who gets their account reset and ends up paying a ton of money for it anyway. If it's done correctly with large price tags, the worst that can happen is just the status quo, people don't take advantage of the option and go buy another account off a RTW website.

New Option: Buy Banned Accounts
Uh. No it wouldn't. All it would do is open up competition between Jagex and RWT websites. Jagex would probably end up with having the RWTers offer the best deal (lower prices, etc) since Jagex is actually trying to profit off of this whereas many RWTers just sell gold on the side. As for selling gold, Jagex could also open up a lot of competition, but unless Jagex is willing to almost give mils away for free, the RWT community would probably offer lower prices. In the end, the ONLY way for Jagex to stop RWTing is to totally bork the game. I don't exactly know how big the profit margin is for RWT companies, but the fact that they have expenses (they need to pay their gold farmers, sweatshops cost money to operate), means that Jagex would put them out of business, considering Jagex could make prices as low as they wanted without losing money. They would probably need to balance it with trying not to ruin gameplay entirely, but lots of other RPG games do this effectively. There's no way RWT companies could compete on the same lvl of jagex if they wanted to implement this, also, most people would rather buy the gold legitimately than risk being banned, even if they somehow drove their prices low enough. You can't beat a gaming company at its own game... Of course this should be, like, a completely last resort measure and RS would be better if this never happened.

New Option: Buy Banned Accounts
Well aside from appealing to lazy players and possibly turning off people who have worked hard, it would COMPLETELY solve all RWT problems, getting rid of a lot of macros. There would even be less of an incentive to buy accounts, considering the value of skills goes down a lot when people could just buy the gold for them. Probably shouldn't be done, but the thought probably has crossed Jagex's and a lot of player's minds...I think 4 years ago i would have preferred that over the removal of the wild/free trade.
