1. What to you qualifies as abuse or scamming? Any bad-mouthing with any evasion of the censor. 2. How often do you report abuse? A few times daily, I camp and alch at the GE. 3. Most of the time I just tell them afterwards, they should've read the rules when they signed up for RS; as far as I'm concerned, that's enough of a warning. 5. Where do you must often see rulebreaking? GE so much. Wilderness. 6. Any tips for reporting, or in your opinion the best way to report. Usually I click on the red button entitled 'Report Abuse,' it usually seems to work out quite well. 7. Or any other topic like these. Epic Phail.

1 hour 2 minutes left! Already here in my gear! :thumbsup: EDIT: AFTERMATH: I was there for one hour and 1 minute, and it was amazing. Tip.it overcame the opposition with relative ease, earning many unfortunate players a ticket to Lumberidge. I got 1.744mb of film, recording for well over an hour. Out of that, I probably got 20-30 minutes of really good fighting, or video without pms or stupid things. However, my own complaint; Tip.it had won the war, but went...well....absolutely insane. They accused anyone they could of cape-switching and bsing. I waited until the end, logged in for 1 hour and 30 minutes with team Tip.It. However, it was not enough, I got accused of bsing, tagged by two 124's, and piled when I ran into multi. It was like the McCarthy era all over again. Other than that, it was a fantastic event, and I hope to do it again :thumbsup: . P.S. If I get the time to edit the video, I'll make a movie and put it on an upload site.

Worth every penny( :mrgreen: ). I use it pcing, doing short fights(Jade Vine and such), and slayer monsters that I have to pray against(Aberrant Spectres).

Does nobody read the KB articles? The prices changes only if an item sells. The price sold at relative to the normal price determines it's rise or fall. If nobody is buying, the prices doesn't change. If people buy at the normal price, the price remains unchanged. However, if somebody buys the item above or below normal market value, the price changes respectively. I win. \

I'm not an expert on WMM, but it may be because it thinks you want it to play the whole audio clip only for the duration the picture is up. So if you put a picture up for 20 seconds, and a 2 minute audio clip, it would play the 2 minutes' worth of audio in 20 seconds. Just a guess :-k .

Tbh, I believe summoning will raise combat level. JAGeX has stated that summoning will have aspects of combat in it. How fair would it be to have a level 3 who could summon a dragon on you?

It's been happening for a while now. This past summer when I went for 70 rc, I encountered two or three autoers that rced from dusk 'till dawn the whole time. :boohoo:
