Well if you go to ape atoll and get to 1 hp and use prayer then full dharok is good. Or for general melee training use the other option

There are loads of these NPC's with names that you recognise like a Jeremy Clarkson mickey take who i cant remember the NPC's version of him :P

Jagex has had that name copyrighted for some time along with another name i have forgotten. Its a new futuristic web based game jagex has been woking on but have not officially released any details apart from some concpet art. It will be a completely different game to RuneScape Made by JagEx
