I dont think you can build rooms but items of furniture you can. Also use tea and a crystal saw.

I use tipit for everything but quests and item database. I use RuneHQ for the quest guides because they are layed out better with more images to relate to and step by step guide and the font is easy to read. The font can be read on the background other than tipits one which uses arial which makes the lines seem close together. I use tipit for the community side and things like skill planners and calcs.

I prefer the dds but on monsters that are big the hally can become invaluable as you can hit 40-40 if your lucky. The dds has a more satisfying special attack :P and it looks cooler when wielded. :

Willows i would say 1 1/2 months if you play 3 hours a day or maybe less. Maples maybe 1 months give or take afew days.

Try experiments or maybe gof or ankous in the stronghold of security if you have a salve amulet.

To me sounds like something tht will reflect they recent lunar quest. eg you do an "assist trade" You offer up uncut gems, they enter a special inventory whihc opens up in an interface to the other player. They can then cut them with a chisel. After 1 action is done to an item it would leaved the leave the special invetory cutting off their access to it. Ah ok, yeah that sounds feesable.

I dont think it has any meaning at all. Just something that jagex uses to make things look more authentic like the witches house. They may have a meaning but i doubt it and not many people would know.

Basically people can cut gems for you without them leaving your inventory. I am thinking that there will be a specific building that will allow players to offer high levelled skill abilities. There may be special anvils and magec chisels and knifes maybe. I dont know, seems like a hard thing to produce. Good luck jagex
