  1. I'm skeptical as well. Nopnoob, post a screenshot of the PSD's layers please.
  2. Well the stock is actually like 2000x1600 or so, so it's not a problem. The part of it I posted was just it on its own layer after I already cropped it, you know laziness and all that.
  3. Yeah, looking at it I should have shifted the entire thing to the left a bit, thanks for pointing that out. As far as the stock goes I don't know if I could get any higher quality than it.
  4. The only reason consoles stay and the reason why your "OS idea" wouldn't work is that it is so much easier to program for one, pre-defined set of hardware instead of having to worry about all the different combination. The setback of PC gaming is that for large, graphically intense projects it is difficult to really know how a certain system can handle a game. Where as the 360 only has 1 setup the PC can have thousands and thousands of different setups. Perhaps motherboard X and video card Y don't work together well for game Z, and developers need to take all of those into consideration. One of the PC's biggest strengths, being it's customization, is also it's largest weakness -- and just something developers have to deal with.

I find it hard to believe you missed the 3 page thread on this game.
  6. I'm a guy and people like you are the ones ruining the gallery. Take your [cabbage]ty cut and paste jobs else where, you aren't going to get any critique for something you didn't do.
  7. "Working" at work. Supposed to be cleaning up this code, but yeah.
  8. Copy and paste is, generally, where you copy and then paste something, without actually contributing anything yourself. And just so we don't play this game all day, this does not belong here, as you need to have contributed 50% (or so) of the work done in the image to constitute posting it.* *Bolded for emphasis
  9. Clearly sarcasm is above your head. I often work up a sweat having to press that Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V so many times. Carpel tunnel is a [bleep].
  10. Well, it's really only fair. It is, after all, a gaming platform. And anyways all consoles soon will simply become simplified PC's, hell, they already are. I mean, you can browse the web / download stuff to your hard drive, even the PS3 needs you to install games.
  11. I might try one if I feel like it, but that all depends. Kind of cool idea though if we can get some good entries.
  12. You can copy and paste. That, that's just great.
  13. New patch notes today, tempest of set got their nerf. Tempest of Set Core Revision Adjustments * Storm Field is now limited to affection 3 targets at a time. * Titanic Storm now additionally increases the number of targets affected by Storm Field by 50%. * Lightning Strike no longer has a cooldown. * The primary damage range of Lightning Strike has adjusted to be more consistent, the average damage remains the same * Lightning Strike has been modified to deal 40% splash damage to 3 targets instead of pure AoE damage * Pillar Lightning rank 2 and 3 now additionally increase the number of targets affected by Lightning Strike splash damage. * Fury of the Storm has been decreased from 60% to 40% critical damage modifier at max rank Storm field is really the only one I'm sad about, I'm hoping that Titanic storm will be 50% per feat point and not 50% total. That way I could AoE 6 at once. Still limiting it like that is kind of annoying, but I see why they did it. Tempest was a really fast leveling class.
  14. I enjoy the NDS homebrew scene more. While the PSP does have better software the NDS's touch screen lends its self very well to homebrew games. How well do the PS1 / N64 emulators work though? I was under the impression that they were pretty slow.
  15. You can get the entire commander keen series on Steam for like $10.
  16. Haha, you actually bought that thing? :P
  17. The raiding from what I've seen doesn't look bad so far. However, I hope that AoC won't be just an end-game "raid or die" game like WoW makes it self out to be. Really, I had fun raiding at times. But sometimes it felt more like a job if you didn't want to go (but didn't wanna piss off your guild).
  18. He's canceling his subscription over a joke, I think it was. And anyways the nega-review is hilarious.
  19. Jesu and Angizia. Not really just starting groups but both incredible in their own rights.
  20. No real order. (1) Jesu (2) Tangerine Dream (3) (4) (5) Black Sabbath (6) Blue Oyster Cult (7) (8) (9) Therion (10) Black Label Society And yeah, Tangerine Dream is pretty new -- just started listening to them after I saw adio's post about them, just incredible. Out of the list I would really recommend Jesu and Angizia to others as well. Jesu is a bit of Drone/Industrial where as Angizia is classical. Angizia does take a bit to get used to, but it's incredible really.
  21. Hah wow, talk about a massive fanboy reaction. If you guys can't take simple humor like this then I'd love for you guys to read the nega-review on joystiq. http://www.joystiq.com/2008/03/10/nega- ... ros-brawl/
  22. Not sure why you'd put OoT there for graphics. Yeah, it was a really good game but I didn't find the art direction that amazing, especially compared to other games.
  23. Thanks. Anyone else want to comment?
  24. Just take a normal [bleep]ing psychedelic drug instead of hyping yourself up on dangerous levels of caffeine. Chances are the drug will be safer and have a much, much more profound effect.
  25. Yeah my 360GB filled up really quickly, I should have gotten the 750Gig. 70GB of music and then games taking up ~20-30GB these days to install hurts you. FYI PC's can easily get up to 4TB of hard drive space now, or even more.
