If I was re-rolling with a friend to just do 2v2 arena I'd have went Warrior/Paladin. :P Let's hear it for... PLATE! :D But if you are gonna stick with a Rogue. You have to try out the Sub tree. Hemo spec, cheat death, Imp sap. Ish imba for PvP. The only two classes that I have a problem with is Paladins and Warriors. Everything else I pretty much tear through like a wet tissue. Unless of course they're in much better gear than me. Which isn't hard when I'm cutting about in greens/blues. :P Like you, I'll be gearing up in Season 1 Arena gear. Got 26.5k honor so far for my mainhand and offhand. Then I'll be working on getting the Vindicator's Leather set then the Gladiators armor. :) Locking down a caster is pretty easy though. Start with a Garrote, before the silence wears out you'll have 4/5 points for a KS, Be careful with energy but try and do as much damage as possible for the duration of the KS, garrote, restealth, re-open with CS, 5 points, Cold Blood, Eviscerate, should finish off any caster apart from maybe a well geared lock. Although I managed a 3.5k Evis on a 70 lock yesterday... So maybe. :P Any other class, open with a CS and do the same. If you want you can use blind aswell for extra energy and healing. Warriors and Paladins are a problem because of their armor and they have ways of getting out of our stuns. Especially annoying is that god damn bubble. -.- Blizzards idea of a joke... Let's make an already near invincible class completely invulnerable. :x DPS buffs for Paladins too... So even if you didn't want to heal your warrior friend you could still DPS well. :P Yeah I didn't want to roll paladin on the off chance I actually do some bit of raiding again. I went rogue again just because I already know how to play the class well. Hell, even in our 'low' state we were at when I last played I could kill almost anyone, I'm looking forward to all the buffs we recently got.

I decided to come back, got the game (again) today. :lol: Think I might play on Boulderfist alliance side, I kind of feel like killing BlueTear. :P (how is the PvP on Cyclone BG btw Blue?) Just debating on a class to play now. edit: decided on rolling a rogue again, my roomate is rolling a warrior. Should be an entertaining combo in the arena, at least I think. Just wondering how an arms war / rogue (either shadowstep, AR/Prep or combat maces) is going to work out for the arena...

If the only change was a java update that may be giving you problems. Other than that http://www.speedtest.net , post your results. I kind of doubt it is internet lag but it's always good to make sure.

His is the only major one I can't stand (though, hearing Aizawa's voice yesterday was pretty bad as well). Ryuk sounds good, Light sounds okay now that I've gotten used to it(needs a bit more insanity in it), and most everything else seems to check out. But L's voice... oi, that just screws the character up completely. Yeah I heard L subbed first. I agree with you too, L's dubbed voice is awful. I can stand Light, Ryuk is pretty good (actually) and everyone else is ok... L though, god. He sounds like some British man or something.

^ I watched the subbed anime and a bit of dubbed on [AS], so thats all I can really comment on. (subbed sounds better).

Unia was pretty good actually. Some people didn't like it, but I liked how it sounded a bit more mature from their other albums. Still though, Systematic Chaos just owned. :P

Yup, a new signature -- terragen. :) It's also a small taste and preview of an upcomming wallpaper within the next couple of days. (may take a few days, because I need to render two 3100x2100ish images at full quality). So earlier tonight I was listening to some tool, and just browsing DA's 3D work. Looking at it really got me inspired along with the music in the background, so I fired up Terragen and this was the result. It is actually 2 raw terragen renders, with a small amount of post-process work (2 curves and a sharpen, to be exact). The final wallpaper I'm going to be doing will probably involve more. Comments? I haven't done anything in terragen (save for the 'tech preview' I posted) in aaaages, and I'm really happy on the progress of this image so far. I dare say I really love the result I got this time.

Certainly is. It is, with out a doubt, probably the smartest anime out there. I don't think I've ever watched anything that was so intense without actually having conventional 'fight' scenes. Deffinitly recommend it.
