Yeah, I agree. I kind of cringe whenever I see that my HP experience is 5M above my slayer experience. <_<

It's yet another fundamental misunderstanding of WHY people crash. It has absolutely nothing to do with morals and everything to do with there being two or three players fighting over Graar on EVERY non-LS world. Blame Jagex for throwing a single steak to a thousand starving players.

Meh. I just spent like 15-20m on gear, and some of it is top-of-the-line (infinity boots, SoL[kinda]), but most of it is just barrows and random stuff.

Went to DKs today (2.5briding), got combo'd by supreme and almost died. I had 50 LP left, LOL. Then I went to TDs and actually died. Let my LP get way too low and got hit by a random mage attack. I tanked three TDs for two minutes straight while I looted my stuff. u mad. 8-) oh, and that was with welfare gear. LOL@beingpoor :( Need to dungeoneer.

Hell, I could probably just ask my friend to use his agility bot (he botted to around 93 agility) for a few days to see what happens. I'd like to see a Jagex Mod say something about it. It just seems very far-fetched to me. The General Discussion thread created hype out of nothing, IMO.

Stop trolling...it's actually been proven it's happening now...before you made this post... I still haven't seen hardcore evidence from a reputable source, honestly. A bunch of screenshots of A-Logs only proves that A-Logs are glitched. We have people on the RSOF forums reporting this, there's A Logs that show sign of level reduction, someone actually came to the Tip.it forums to ask for help about it... I really doubt this many people would be lieing about something like this. bladewing's post was an unnecessary troll. Again, I just can't believe it until I see solid evidence from a reputable source. People have been claiming lost items en masse for a long time. I don't think this is any different.

And using a cannon to kill something in the game is unique? Worthy of tacking on new meanings to old words. I don't. If you stuck flowers under the cannon, invited your friends over, and praised it as an effigy to the god of efficiency in return for his holy blessings and divine spreadsheets, then I might. I only offered a tip since somebody was blathering about their beloved rapier. But, now they changed there tone and its all about the chaotic xbow. :wink: And as multiple players have pointed out to you, there is no place to stand in the frost dragons dungeon that will allow your cannon to go multi. Nice try. By the way, the rapier will still get you the most kills, but ranged is significantly less click-intensive. So, again, you DO (read: attempt to) utilize emergent gameplay, Golvellius the Clown.

I wonder how many times holocost deniers have gone into the Nazi/Adolf Hitler pages and changed the definition of "the final solution" from genecide to getting new upholstry for Hilter's sofa in 1944. Agreed. Wouldn't it be useful to get that practice with those who have done it and understand it so that it makes you a better player for yourself and for any other teams you work in so you can pass this on, rather than be dismissed as not being good enough? Honestly, I have to say no. If you want to practice with pros, it's best to make some friends that are pro at it. A LOT of my friends have 90+ dungeoneering (and most of the ones with 90+ have 99 or 100+), and when I do floors with them, I consider that to be very generous on their part, especially because I don't have a hood. It's also not uncommon to get a couple pro players on a team once you hit 80 and can use the better worlds (though 148 is degenerating into the third 117 as we speak). For players who want to get better, it wouldn't be a bad idea to do solo meds. That way you can get a feel for keying, memorizing the map, and using gatestones efficiently.

Still sounds far-fetched to me. I guess it's a good thing if it's true, but potentially disastrous if an innocent person has levels reset. Doesn't affect me either way, I suppose.

*sigh* perhaps if players actually shared their knowledge and techniqes instead of 'must do a bill xp per hour but not you because you're not good enough'. I agree there will be players out there who don't know what they're doing very well or do it not as good as some but is it really too much of a hassle to educate them? I didn't play back in the days of classic but I do remember players taking the time to educate those who wanted it. It never seemed a hassle to them then like it does these days. Either players have become so selfish overnight or many of those players simply left the game. It's not just about education - it's practice. I'm only 81 dungeoneering, and while I probably know just about everything that Low_C knows about the skill, I've spent far less time actually practicing it. I know how to beat Thunderous, but I've never done it. I know how to rush properly, but I've never been on a team that's completed a floor in 20 minutes. Dungeoneering - like slayer - is all about practice and execution. Any two-year-old with a mouse and keyboard can be a pro fletcher, but it takes skill to do a 20 minute occult floor.
