You'll probably need some defense. You should get a v helm and blessed spirit shield.

Tip.It Times: October 10
I would much prefer bonus rewards weekends to bonus exp weekends (though for most activities, rewards and experience go hand-in-hand).

Korasi's Sword: is it Balanced?
I used to have this idea that the d2h might be a good spec weapon for multi tasks. It wasn't. :P I'd like to try Korasi's sword in the same scenarios. I think that'd be fun. As far as balancing, it's hard to say. It's super easy to get, which I think is a problem. I don't really know how dangerous it is, but I read on another thread that it's the bane of Dharokers in pvp.

Tip.It Times: October 10
Article #1: I agree that they're trying to push activities onto us, but I don't think it's that bad. Nomad's Requiem was a great quest, and while the Void quests were lacking, the Conquest portion was an interesting challenge in the final part. I will, however, be angry if we have to go to the Games Room for any reason whatsoever. Article #2: The name changing update is one of my all-time favorites. I hate my old RSN. I went through two or three names to get to my current one, which I've had ever since, and I'm not changing it. I know who all of my friends are, even if some of them change their names regularly (most of them don't). For me, the good far outweighs the bad.

OMG YOUR TOO OLD FOR RUNESCAPE
i'd just add to the suicide rate if i was an english major. while i do agree with the main purpose of this topic, i can't avoid attacks on 'your and you're's. much like there, their, and they'res. Similarly, I can't stand when people disregard capitalization. Just kidding. But seriously, take the grammar fascism elsewhere.

The Wilderness
You're gonna take Karil's just to make a run to do a non-wizard/combat Clue Scroll? Well I dunno, let's weigh the pros and cons: Little Johnny has a clue to do. Oh no! It's in the wilderness! Plan A: Grab clue supplies and prance merrily into the foreboding woods. Plan B: Grab clue supplies, spend an extra half-second to click on Karil's top/bottom, prance merrily into the foreboding woods. I've never taken any supplies, other than the necessary Clue Items, and survived, and I'm not the most high level person. Karils = Pointless for Clue Runs. Karils = Somewhat useful, but still risky and wasteful for Wizard Clues. So, wait, you're complaining about revs being annoying . . . but you're deliberately choosing not to protect yourself against them? I mean, I'm a 137 and even I don't like being TB'd and frozen. It takes zero effort to prevent it, so I might as well, right? Oh well. Carry on, I suppose.

Plan B: Grab clue supplies, spend an extra half-second to click on Karil's top/bottom, prance merrily into the foreboding woods. "Oh golly, a rev knight!" exclaims Johnny. Luckily, Johnny remembered his Karil's, so he did not get frozen, TB'd, or suffer any serious damage. Johnny went on to complete his clue. He even got a robinhood hat! Moral of the story? Wearing Karil's while doing clues gets you robinhood hats.

The Wilderness
Revs are not OP in the slightest. I used to go rev hunting for fun when I was a 120-something. Yes, but you were in a situation where you were going to combat Revenants. People who, for instance, need to make a quick jog across the Wilderness are going to find Teleblocking, Freezing and Mage/Range quite annoying, no? Karil's + ranged protect = useless rev.

Barbarian assault
This and what Pere said. Having more than just a torso and fighter hat is very important to finding pro teams. I also highly recommend that you learn tricks like QSing, suicide coll, and the proper way to defend. Take it from me - I'm the highest ranked BA player on TIF. ;) /bragging

obtaining an uncut onyx
With turmoil, extremes, rapier, steel titan + scrolls, and good gear, it takes about 15-20 hours to get an onyx. Just ranging and using safespots is going to take significantly longer, as you can imagine. I doubt that onyx gems have enough street to justify spending that much time ranging. I know it's a goal of yours, but if you make money another way and just buy a fury and use red chins to get your 3m ranged exp, you'll save a TON of time. I would guess that you'd save at least 20-30 hours of work, and that's a lot. Just something to consider. I wouldn't normally tell you to just do something else, but you'll probably go crazy trying to camp for a gem.

The Wilderness
Actually, I take back what I said -- I might hesitate to bring my best gear to the CE. Three rev knights isn't that scary, but three rev knights and the CE would make me sweat. On the other hand, I could easily get back to my grave. I can't say I miss the time before gravestones.

The Wilderness
The design of the current wilderness is definitely preferable (I'd rather have the Corporeal Beast and Clan Wars than not have them). My only problem with it is the lack of danger. The barrenness of the old wilderness added to that sense of impending doom in a way, but I wouldn't want it back. Though this will never happen, I would like to see the wilderness be dangerous again. I don't even hesitate to take my best gear to multizones in high-level wilderness. That's sad.

Efficiency
Your objective argument I agree with, however, while this may seem a little obvious, it requires that you make 3.1m/h. You say 1m/h but it adds to 3.1 so I'm assuming your first figure is including the drops. This is a rather substantial figure (not for some I admit, but for many it is). Anyway, where I'm going with this is that even if I can make that much per hour, it doesn't mean I want to. I'm more happy with not using all the methods you mentioned as it means I don't have to go out and make money, not because I enjoy hitting lower. Therefore, your argument for subjectivity in this particular is flawed. I picked this out because all of the costs are clearly listed (also it's a recent post), to illustrate the fact that just because I can make a certain amount of money per hour, it doesn't mean I want to. A better term for working out this sort of thing would be the amount someone is willing and able to spend per hour. The reality is that the drops completely pay for everything. As I mentioned before, slaying at max speed breaks even, which means it's incredibly efficient.

OMG YOUR TOO OLD FOR RUNESCAPE
now i find it VERY hard to believe since you misspelled grammar... sorry i don't sit on forums all day to reply instantly; rarely post at all on this website anyways. I believe there's already a thread about grammar. I could pick your post apart, too, but that has nothing to do with this thread. He was obviously kidding. Calm down.
