  1. First of all, you're referring to the Divine Spirit Shield here. Spectral Spirit Shield is completely different. - The Divine Spirit Shield reduces all damage by 30%, half of which is taken from your prayer, while the other half is ignored completely. Example: You get hit 90, the DSS reduces that to 60, you lose 15 prayer points. - The Elysian Spirit Shield has a 70% chance of reducing damage by 25%. This thread on the RSOF proves mathematically that in nearly every situation in which you would have to choose between a Divine and an Elysian, the Divine is better, despite the prayer drain (which is minimal, mind you.) 17-18-724-58871816
  2. You wanted to avoid spammers and trolls, yet you made an account here? You're in for a treat!
  3. I lol'd when 2lum dumped Lava Titan pouches at 13k~ or something like that, when the goal was 30k. Imagine all of the people following her who lost loads and loads of cash.
  4. It varies, but you make somewhere around 150k~ per task if you use your points on slayer dart runes. You'll make more money killing green dragons or avianses, but Slayer is decent for combat and money, plus you get slayer experience. You wont make heaps of cash, but once you get 85 you'll start to see your cashpile grow.
  5. 1/10. Would be zero but you had a nifty little gif of a waterfiend.
  6. Don't see any Tipiters that I recognize, but I see a bunch of people that I see all the time, plus my friend Way Sted.
  7. I'd like to see more spells that allow kiting. Knocking back would be good, like you mentioned.
  8. I'll be watching this thread. Very cool.
  9. You might have a hard time, but you could do it.
  10. The Giant Mole would be good for your levels. Just go with one or two people. You could try the KBD, too, which would be more dangerous, but still a lot of fun.
  11. I liked your last thread, too. Thanks for reminding everyone that Runescape is a competitive game.
  12. Favorite is a tie between Summoning and Slayer. Least favorite is Agility.
  13. I've been pondering this since the Ardougne diary came out. I'm really excited for this.
  14. Some people, like Villandra, just want to do something challenging that they feel they can't do on their main accounts. Personally, I'd rather build up my levels and experience on one account, but I can see why people would make multiples.
  15. I'll say! What in the world are you doing dancing in the underground pass? Upper left corner.
  16. Most epic gif I've ever seen. I lol'd.
  17. Slightly related to Mario ^^^^^, I CANNOT [bleep]ING STAND PEOPLE EATING. I cannot watch, hear, or think about other people eating. It grosses me out. I feel physically sick sometimes when I watch people eat. One time I went to one of my girlfriend's family parties, and her aunt was making root beer floats. She kept using her fingers and an ice cream scooper to get the ice cream out, then she would LICK HER FINGERS and continue to dip them into the ice cream. When I got my float, I had to force myself to eat it, literally choking it down. One of my best friends is the absolutely worst. I cannot eat with him. I can't eat anything that he touches. He has really bad hygiene and he's kind of a gross person anyway, so I avoid any food-related situations with him. Certain condiments make me want vomit just thinking about them. Ketchup, mustard, mayo, and relish in particular. It sickens me that I have mustard and mayo in my refrigerator right now. Damn my girlfriend.
  18. I rofl'd as I read this. I didn't realize that there was an exact replicate of the extreme magic, only cheaper, that IS available in PvP. I disagree that the extreme magic was overpowered - even hitting 46 with cogs my magic average hit at barrows was still only 17. Not too stunning. The effect of this update is that magic sucks again and extreme magics are worthless. You're right, hitting that high on monsters is a good thing. To clarify my stance, extreme magic potions were slightly OP for PVP, but perfectly acceptable for PVM. Ah well, too bad you can't bring a wolpertinger into Barrows.
  19. So, if you can now craft multiple natures before 91, shouldn't that mean that you can craft multiple laws/deaths/bloods, too? Thought someone earlier in the thread said you couldn't craft multiple laws, but that wouldn't make sense if it worked for natures and not the other runes. Anyway, potentially cheaper magic is worth the slightly decreased income from Runecrafting. New spells are kind of cool. The prices to use them should go down in the next few months. Totally digging the extreme potion update. Gives Wolpertinger scrolls a legitimate use and cuts down on what was a slightly OP extreme mage potion.
  20. The German hint sounds like a quest to me. Something in which our character does something that reaps dire consequences?
  21. Very nostalgic. I never, ever switched over to player killer when I started, and I always too afraid to try it.
  22. That's not true at all. A player with 99 Runecrafting and 99 Mining certainly put much more effort into it than a player with 99 Cooking and 99 Fletching, even if they have the same total experience. To me it sounds like the original poster is annoyed because he chooses to handicap himself and pays the price for it. Want to get into the 1,000+ total level worlds? Train some skills. If that includes combat, so be it. Jagex shouldn't cater to players who choose not to partake in certain aspects of the game.
