Metal armor CANNOT be made lossless unless you're telling me that in a room with a forge you can smelt bars and make items between 2h hits, but then you'd still need the prom ore, which you shouldn't need more than a handful of for ragers. Your time is much better spent making strong melee potions between GDs. Every DGSer with a blood neck knows how to use it properly. Same goes for every third bind; if we didn't make it a point to optimize everyone's usage of their 3rd binds, we'd just tell them to get plates. A lot of our keyers aren't worried about exp as much as floor times, so the rest of the team ends up getting 20-25 minute floors with few or no deaths while the keyer sacrifices his/her exp. This is a personal choice, though, and doesn't really have any bearing on the rest of the clan or keyers. Plenty of them do floors nearly as fast or as fast with no deaths. Plates just aren't useful. It's not hard to simply avoid death if you really don't want to die.

At your levels, it'd actually be cheaper to use ice spells and a black salamander. It's not how much money you save on supplies - it's how fast you can do chests in one trip. At your stats, melee will be slow and tedious. You should only melee with full void, chaotic rapier, overloads, and turmoil.

I'm surprised you don't know how to do this at 120 dungeoneering, but ranged armor can be made lossless WHILE killing monsters in a gd. Great for hexes and Kal'Ger floors. You wouldn't have been kicked if you had asked HOW to do it rather than tried to troll. EDIT: Oh, just got the full story. You were actually trolling far more than that. Bashing? I'm telling you what a single floor with 3BO would tell you. :huh: 3BO is legitimately frustrating to me. I dread getting even one random from 3BO to do my high warpeds.

Every other person has a primal plate, sagittarian arrows without a hex, and a primal battleaxe without knowing how to use it properly. You'll get plenty of people who cook, make armor, use tank ring, etc. It's basically 148 till get you start doing very high warpeds (f57+), at which point it becomes about equal to the average DGS team in terms of quality. EDIT: Though in 3BO's defense, once in awhile you'll get good team. Once in awhile . . .

If you're going to spend a lot of time at TDs, then yeah a maul would be useful. Also you can use it for waterfiends to get your last two summoning levels, which would make TDs even better (you'll get blues from TDs, too, though). Remember to use maul with karil's xbow or a handcannon if you have 99 firemaking.

I've been in a long distance relationship for nearly 1.5 years now and it can be incredibly, almost painfully difficult. But somehow we've managed to make it work and it has never gotten boring :) It seems we never run out of things to talk about, which definitely helps I suppose. As for your question, my boyfriend and I like to watch movies/TV shows "together" even though we're not physically with each other. We follow most of the same TV shows so anytime a new episode comes out we always watch it at the same time so we can talk/laugh about it together. We also play games together whenever we find one we're both interested in. To add to this ^ I was in a (mostly) long distance relationship for 2.5 years; we lived about eight or nine hours apart (she was in San Francisco while I was near LA). Keeping things interesting with Skype (if you know what I mean) helps a lot. I'm not sure what your relationship is like, Jackalope, but for us it was pretty easy to be apart because of how independent and goal-oriented we were/are. Maintain an interest in everything she does, and vice-versa. I always liked to do little things like sending her letters, poetry, etc -- little surprises like that are a huge plus. You just have to really go out of your way to keep it interesting, never becoming complacent or "used" to it. Definitely seeing each other in person every few months helped us, and we eventually moved in together in San Francisco. Not sure how much that helps. Oh, when you eventually move in with her, always make the bed. You can be the greatest boyfriend in the world but failure to make the bed will ignite a fury unheard of and she will bring the house down upon your head with a world-burning wrath. I've seen it happen.

Doesnt FSH have a higher mage defence than the Nezzy? I know the nezzy has other bonuses that outweigh thought of the FSH but wouldnt the extra mage defence of FSH be more important to keep the reavers off you? That reply seems moot by the fact he's wearing a rol and not a ring that'll benefit him, no? Forgot to mention, thats a Diamond Ring(i), not a ROL. :wink: Diamond (i) has no defense. Definitely get a seers' ring.

Definitely a tossup. Thunderous is soooo fast and even though Necro is soloable, that's one less person in a gd. :/ Flesh maybe, though. We should definitely try it out in any case.

Use a mind shield and barrows/bandos. Pray ranged (you wouldn't pray ranged if you had soul split). Use piety. Use extremes. Use a unicorn OR bring a tort full of food and bank the bones, but unicorn is much faster (not worth banking without a yak). Use a cannon.

Use a whip + dragon defender if you don't want to get a rapier (which you should anyway, but okay). From t1 to t9 blazer is better. At t10 blitzer is better. However, blazer is better for kiting, which is used on dreadnaught and in some room-clearing circumstances. Blazer is also better for celestial staffs (fire rune conservation). I say get t10 blitzer for sure and t9 blazer for dread/till you get t10 blitzer. Get t10 blazer if you get a celestial staff. EDIT: Also, Polarcup has risen from the dead to key for DGS once more. ;)

Medium floors I assume? Or maybe the difficulty setting was lowered? Your dungeoneering level is fine to use DGS. I've told you so many times that 70 is just RECOMMENDED - as long as you can do f30+ you can find floors in DGS. You should be doing 5:5 c6 large floors. EDIT: I like Charlie's note in red so I'm putting one here, too: Ezzy is my friend and I assume he wants my honest input.

Just letting you know: 1) 40 minutes is a slow floor. 2) 20k means it was probably a pretty low floor, even for your level (unless deaths?). 3) Four people (you only named four) isn't the way to go. Basically, you guys were doing it wrong and you should try again with a proper team. Learning how to not die is also something you'll pickup (well, if you choose to - I'm 114 and I die every floor at least once).

Anyone can join the DGS clan chat as a guest. Not having Skype is perfectly fine - very few of our keyers insist on it. Impossible to flash turmoil and get the full boost, correct. Soul split flashing with deflect melee is the same as with deflect mage/ranged. Your binds are fine, though I'd recommend upgrading your blazer ring a little more. Speed could be an issue depending on how bad your internet is. We'll have to do some floors to see if it's really a problem or not. Definitely use the clan chat whenever; hopefully your internet isn't as bad as you make it sound. :P

Absolutely not. Having more than three hexes on a team is absurd. Two is ideal. Hexes are not necessities like surgeboxes are. DGS currently has eight hexhunters and our warped floors are negatively affected by it.

Again, why must there be a need for the bow to be so rare or hard to get? Rare drops/items are staples in MMO's. I don't see the problem.
