I heard off runehq (I looked up rune scimmi) awhile back that if you go to varrock in world 11 there is a mass circulation of rune scimmis going on.. you bring them the bars, they make you a scimm.... sorry if that dosent help though D:

I've never seen a jagex mod in like 10 months of playing

Jagex knows that the graphics aren'y up to par. and I don't think they're going to do anything about it (give the game credit for a browser mmorpg) And Jagex knows the econemy is going to eventually collapse under it's self, but they're too conceited in they're 5m real life pay check to the company.
