  1. Mine was better. I'm posting it anyway. Granted, but it's for 1881. And also "Half-ton Man" themed. Granted, but sleep for 100 years. You're dead by then. I wish for a wheel.
  2. So offer euthanasia as an alternative Which is death. My interpretation is that you are judged based on how you act and they are judged based on how they act. Seeking revenge and wanting someone dead for your peace of mind is inhumane, hence, you are judged based on that. I bought up that poem because people were arguing that its not fair if you 'lost' more then the criminal (after they are sentenced), and it was right that they should lose more than you. I say stop comparing your lose to their lose based on fairness That makes sense, I think. Fairness isn't what matters, it's that the criminal is being dealt with in the first place?
  3. Mario's not an enigma. Enigmas are rare. Mario is EVERYWHERE. Well, I'm getting tired of Mario about now. Especially since the last few games could have been about any characters, even new ones, and would have provided the same gameplay experience (especially Mario Sunshine, the only things there that were in previous Mario games were the toads, Bowser, and a Boo every now and again. Sure, big characters, but easily replaceable).
  4. I'm saying you shouldn't have a desire for another person to suffer, in any circumstances. People need to stop comparing themselves to others It's not about a desire to see people suffer; only the transient idiots have really posted that, and they haven't been back to the thread since. It's about safeguarding society from a threat. Sentences end, people escape, and with a life sentence in a maximum security prison that is more suffering than death. Regardless of how they were raised, what they grew up with, it's not only no excuse to do whatever they've done, they need not necessarily to be punished, but they do need to be removed for the protection of society. And the way to go about this with the least suffering is death. I'm sure you've heard the term "Mercy Killing". Moral of the story, its not about you and them, or what they did to you and what they deserve for it. You are judges based on how you act, not on how anybody else acts The message here, it seems, is to not give any punishment and let them walk free. Your last sentence I don't understand the relation to the topic and require clarification.
  5. No, Granary is definitely not a CTF map. And is CTF for Well PC only? Because I have never played it on 360.
  6. This morning I finished Dan Abnett's Eisenhorn trilogy. It was really good, though it doesn't quite take the prize for my favorite story. That still belongs to House of Leaves.

Awesome. Shuddup Josh, or I'll own you. -.- How do you know my name? :o She's been watching you sleep for two months now. My mom recently finished Twilight. She said it was alright, but she was sort of "come on, get on with it already". She attributed this to having already seen the movie, but even when she's reread books she never thought like that. Guess that says something about it.
  8. Granted, but it explodes. And thus you miscarry. Again. I wish for a glass of dihydrogen monoxide.
  9. PS2? ARMORED CORE. I've owned Armored Core 2, Armored Core 2: Another Age, and Armored Core 3. Despite the 360 debacle that was Armored Core 4, these titles were seriously awesome, and if you can find them, they should be pretty cheap. And rated T, too.
  10. I don't understand the stuff about legal costs waiting on death row. Why would it need to take so long? Jury announces the guy guilty, sentencing, put him in a prison for I don't know, a year maybe, in case any big break is made in the case and it turns out he's innocent, then take them somewhere (similar to the back of a dog pound), pop pop, job's done, takes the same cost as housing any inmate for a year. Unless there's something I'm not understanding here.

Yea, but I had proper stain removal. Actually, come to think of it, not really. I guess my highschool courses might count, since they have some bearing on what I might major in in college, and difficulty and all that.
  12. :D out of
  13. I disagree. I've always found it more satsifying to have solved a particularly difficult problem than to get 10 kills in 1 life using only melee weapons.
  14. Is that what you call it? If you knew me, you'd know that I dislike group-building exercises like this, that I despise the very nature of teamwork, but that I acknowledge its importance and will comply with it. You would know that I'm a lying, cheating sono[bleep]un who would do his damndest to dig the knife just a little deeper into your back if I didn't put it there in the first place. You would know that I'm arrogant and not without my own prejudices, however limited and few they may be. And you would know that I love it.
  15. ZZ Top- Concrete and Steel
  16. Utterly, completely, and unwaivering in my proponence of the death sentence. Life in prison is pointless; obviously the goal there is not rehabilitation, it's imprisonment. And why waste the resources on keeping these prisoners-who will always be prisoners and are meant to be prisoners-alive?
  17. Intro-ZZ Top-Cover Your Rig Middle-same thing End-actually, the entire thing would be over before the song ends. Actually, nevermind. For my killing blow, everything would slow down, camera pans, and the chorus for Joan Jett's "I Hate Myself For Loving You" would start playing. Pow.

Amazingness. Blood Harvest, Ch 3 I think, Expert. Saferoom in a tunnel, then outside, you know the one. Tank appears outside. All of us die immediately except 1 guy. That 1 guy kills the tank himself. He led it back near the saferoom, but instead of going into the saferoom, he led the tank continually in the tunnel in a circle around the saferoom, blasting it with his shotgun when the tank stopped to throw concrete. Sometimes the tank would try to double back and catch him that way, never worked. After the tank died, this one guy made it through a boomer (with horde) and a hunter before getting hit by a smoker.
  19. "Man, I hate Runescape. Go outside."
  20. 2fort is fine if all you want is a deathmatch. That's what it always turns into until a few people eventually say, "alright, screw this, let's go grab the intel". Or until the timer runs out. I now love Granary. I don't play many games on it, but when I do they never cease to be awesome. One entire game lasted some 5 minutes or so. My score for that was 7 kills, 5 assists and 0 deaths. I also find it humorous when two medics start healing each other and go into combat.

But witches can't be men. Hence the name and the crying. Ever disturbed a woman who really was crying? Similar experience.
  22. Hey look, there goes the point! All this revolutionary games sound decent, but what about something completely different? Some kind of adventure/platformer with stuff just so wacky it's totally awesome. Something like a polar bear on a quest through a moon base run by dolphins (or mice if you're a real nerd) to rescue his alien stepbrother who's been frozen in methane ice and is destined to act as fuel for the dolphin mice's planetary death ray. And all the enemies are urban legends, like ghosts and Bloody Mary and hook-handed men, bizarrely coupled with fluffy bunnies wielding knives and kung-fu lobsters. And the bear has fire breath. Actually, that would be pretty cool.
  23. Granted, but there's mercury in it, so your unborn baby dies. I wish for a pair of bunny slippers that were struck by lightning and buried in a ditch.
  24. That doesn't seem physically possible. : And Wongtong, "he" in a literary sense can mean both "he" or "she". But your lack of social functions still gets you out of it. I don't have time to be theatric, so I just behead TPUM with a battleaxe.
