For the spell, use fire surge. Gear wise, idk, i've never solo'd rex. But when I went tribridding, I maged him in bandos. I'd imagine any type of barrows melee armour would suffice though.

Ghouls are undead and if you have a salve amulet, it should be close to the max exp you can get per hour??? They're like level 50 some, I doubt they'd hit you that much.

You're not supposed to only use fire surge. There's usually water/earth runes on the start table. Then you loot whichever elemental rune you can find + rune ess. You can make fire runes if you have absolutely nothing else to do, or come along a runecrafting altar.

Tbh I find 148 teams a lot faster than 117. I'd assume on 117 your larges would average 1hr, but on 148 I can constantly key 25-30 mins with a team of 4 randoms. Although I do require 100+ dg on my team, but I don't know how much that factors into floor times. Just saying they're not THAT slow to the point of unbearable (117)

That's only 8 hrs a day. During summer, that's not alot.

Only bad thing with the mole is the uber slow respawn time. And if you're in a world with a high pop, you might get crashed.

Hey don't you run that flatpack thing on the rsof? I recognize your name from somewhere... As for "assistclan", their moderators are just brutal. For example, one guy goes "need 93 cons!!!!!" and you get "====one exclamation mark is enough====" Like, seriously? They also have a rule of "one line per 8 fc lines" which is fair to prevent spam, but their mods spam more than the users tbh. Anyways with my rant out of the way, just follow their rediculous rules and you'll be fine.

At low levels, the other player usually has like 52 prayer. And if they'er low def, you can easily do alot of damage really quick and make their prayer points drop extra fast. This distracts them and might allow you to smite them out if they aren't fast enough.

I just looked at it, but it's kinda weird with the def stuck in between.

I do recall someone on here getting his stats roll'd back a while ago and he claimed all he was using was AHK. AHK is a very grey area, you should proceed with caution.
