who says the hp will be 10. it will be something like 30. and if i need more ill train range so it can be something like 40 err. idk. but it seems fast because imo magic and training trains much faster than str and is easier to train. it just costs money. Being a mage pure, your hp will be way too low, and you will have NO defence against rangers AND melee. And since a lot of pures use range/2h tactic, you will be ripped apart. Trust me, I have ripped apart MANY mage pures at my pure's levl (47), sometimes even if they safe a little, because range is too fast. Mage pures are good at low levels, but since you have to be at least 20 to enter pvp worlds, mages arent that effective anymore other than in a team. yea but my combat will be 30ish Still wont be good enough, your low hp will get ripped apart, and mage is too slow to be effective. But you could try, and if you like it, train ranged on it, then use range/mage, those kinds are pretty effective as well.

"10%+5" is counted from the HIGHER leveled person. For example, I'm a 101, that means i would be able to attack people 15 levels below me, but at the same time, a 117 can also atk me because "10%+5" of 117 is 16. Dunno if that made sense.

Train magic with spells that dont give HP exp. Basically, curse from 19 mage till 55, then high alch away till 70. It wont get you any hp lvls at all. GL in PKing =D

Basically you have to DAMAGE him once with each blast spell: wind blast, water blast, earth blast, and fire blast.

Lol, are you sure? OT: if I were you, just find the thing you will lose the LEAST with. And alch away! Or curse, that's cheap and reasonably fast.

Now that you've changed your post, I can tell you that theres a difference between p2p and f2p tanks. p2p tanks will max out def and range + mage, while most f2p tanks will leave def at around 15-20 levels lower than their ranged.

They dont work well: Because tanks are usually range/mage based. So if you want to use melee, you wont be using range, mage and def to full potential.

By "a pure that is low leveled and has 60 magic", I hope that your pure will have SOME hp. Dont bother with a 10hp 60 mage pure, they will get torn apart. Also, at 60 mage, training regularily with hp levels, you should be around lvl 39? or something, so if you take a few hp levels away from that, you will be around 35. Most rangers at that level will tear you apart if they have a decent (around 50) mage lvl (for mage def). IMHO, your best bet would be a range/2h'er with 1 pray and 1 def.

I have a Def mage on the up and up, hes 63 def, 2 attack and 2 str, only by accident, hes like 73 mage atm i believe. Just stick with it and dont level off your goals or theres no point, 20 turns to 25, 25 to 30 and after a while your 40 att and str and your useless. I agree, happens with other pures too. First they get 5 def, then 10, then 20...

If you do only Pvp worlds, then keep atk and str at 75/74 respectively.

Actually DONT SAFE when your on a hitting streak, and DONT SAFE when you have a chance of K0ing the opponent. I've seen MANY people waste k0 chances because they are afraid to die! You have to take chances to get rewards!

Varrock square, or edgy. DONT GO TO FALLY if your pking solo. I learned the hard way :(

Cows in draynor cow pen are pretty good profit. Pick up cowhides, bones and raw cow meat. They all sell, i think, and each cow you get around 280gp profit. Or if profit isnt that high of a priority, minotaurs until 60str, then flesh crawlers

I killed a guy in full rune, level diff was 4, and i got everything except his rune legs and his 2h.
