  1. I wouldn't mind it again, last time i got 76-83 summoning in 20 minutes  Although if summoning/other buyables aren't included this time around, I wouldn't mind either, although resource skills would get really crowded...
  2. How long did that take you? (I'm actually about to do it on another account) Well if you count the time getting sc tools, it'll be about 140k exp/hr (3 tools and couple extra points per hour, and 15 minutes to use the 3 tools). W/o hammers, it'll be around 240k exp per hour I think. Maybe more, but the fastest I did was 2k planks/30 mins. If you don't count the time getting sc tools, like when you play sc for fun everyday, then you get around 500k exp/hr.
  3. Well for starters Range sucks in almost every mini game, this one is no exception. Magic is terrible in SC because Jamflex nerfed all of the freeze times and made it possible to pickpocket runes. Melee is way overpowered, you just get a C5 Dagger and suicide the other team. Exactly, especially when the other team is determined to 1 item for the entire game, they each get a dagger by 18:00 and start rushing your base. It's way worse than when the ancient mages come 8 minutes later.
  4. Now that I've actually tried Ice barraging in sc (21 kills 0 deaths  ), I realized that it's not as overpowered as many think. Most of the time, my runes either get stolen, or i get piled and have to retreat. I get like around 5 legit kills a game, meaning kills on other pkers (mages or not), and the others are just picking off random 1 itemers/ skillers. If you stick with your team, and don`t run off alone to find better clay unprepared, you`d be fine. Most of the times, I just camp their base with my team, only occasionally hunting for roamers. Just 3 mins ago, I tanked a team of 4 mages and a ranger for a solid 5 mins or so on c4 armour. So yeah, ancients not as overpowered as you think. Now, if you have ever played against a team that rushes with a c5 dag for the entire game, starting at around 16:00, then you`ll be really frustrated.
  5. Not really, you can also cannon, get exp, money, and kill monsters w/o slayer  Nuke, I'm sorta split on your idea. Just don't think it'd go over very well with everyone haha. Tbh, it seems like a clear majority enjoys slayer, though I still dont. Just went to get a new task and got 199 waterfiends <_<
  6. Yup, I bought 5k gold ammies (u), the order completed in 2 days, while on the ge, it will probably take over a week maybe even more. They are very friendly people, look on the rsof marketplace to find them.
  7. Exactly what I said; however, the Runescape character, supposedly right-handed, pulls with its left Lol, oops read it wrong. I don't know, maybe they are ambidextrous, they left arm is really strong, just look at that dfs/ granite shield, and think how tough it must be to lift it.
  8. I think holding the bow with your left and pulling with your right makes you right handed. I know that I pull with my right, you should try it.
  9. I thought Jagex hated bots, wasn't that one of the reasons the whole wildneress was removed? Or maybe that was b/c of RWT'ing, where the money comes from botting at yews etc. But c'mon Jagex, if your gonna let people bot now, you might as well let people RWT and bring back the old wilderness. If not? Then take some harsher penalties for botting, like oh i don't know, PERM banning them?
  10. String amulet is more like 5 gp/exp now after the nerf. But I'm doing it as it's fast and easy.
  11. Have you guys ever taken into consideration that he might not want to max out slayer eventually? Not everyone is wanting to max out, or has the extra couple hundred hours to max melee through slayer. If he can make money in a different way faster than slayer (ALOT of possibilities), then he can just buy the item when it comes out, assuming there will be one (are we forgetting strykwyrms, kuradals? Wow, some people sure want a lot of updates for themselves). Taking that into account, if he doesn't want to max out slayer, then it'd be a good idea to not train with it. Even if he eventually wanted 80 slayer or something and is in no hurry, it would be much faster to train at a faster spot first, then move onto slayer, as you get more slayer exp the better your combat stats are. So PLEASE, stop suggesting slayer for everyone, then get all defensive when others suggest something else.
  12. Its also probably a good idea to save up tokens for battle robe pieces (specifically the robe-bottom, which costs 1000 tokens), the price has gone up 666% in half a year. Thats because the street price is like 15mil due to the sheer money-saving power of a full-set combined with a staff of light (plus with the update to recharge costs, real easy to fix up when they degrade). Actually, the most token efficient item to buy is adamant berserker shields, but no one buys them so rune gaunts are next best and F2Pers buy them all the time. Battle robes are actually not very token efficient. (token efficient = high gp gained per token) Yes, I'm saying that it could possibly be a worthy investment for some time in the future, I wasn't telling anyone to sell them now, that would be stupid. There is an increased demand for battle robes nowdays. I'm fairly confident they will yield higher token efficiency than the lesser items eventually. Somewhere upwards of 5mil for a battle robe bottom seems pretty good to me. Thats like 5k gp per token. Way better then the 775gp per token that rune or dragon gaunts will get you. It's 538k brah.... Street price "brah", battle robes are extremely undervalued on the GE currently, but they also have a limited supply. This means updating is rare, and it will take a long time for them to reach their GE potential.
  13. Get Patchy to sew the hook and crab claw together and wear them at the same time
  14. Arr, me thinks mine looksh betterrrrrr. Anyways, pirates are cool
  15. I was at similar crossroads last summer, although with significantly less money than you (about 15m). I spent it in several different things, like ice bursts at castle wars, construction levels, smithing levels, crafting levels, etc. In the end, i found construction the most fun out of them all, and kept training it with every little extra cash I had. I recommend you try different skills, and decide which one rewards you the most (in your opinion), and keep at it.
  16. They aren't crashing anymore though <_< From the graph, the highest they reached was 280 some? I see people willing to pay 300, so I offered 300, no sellers in a days time. Though I did make 2k of them myself last night haha.
  17. 106k is underestimated. You could get at least 115k with full concentration. I agree this is a good method, though. I just superheated 9k steel bars on the weekend. The reason I'm wanting to string jewelery is b/c i don't have to constantly click. I'm gonna leave an offer for a few days, while I superheat I guess.
  18. I want to train my Mage, but am having no luck buying any. I have an offer on rsof for 300ea, still no luck. Anyone know how to get some?
  19. Not if your lvl 73 ... I could sit in the scellaton room for hours without dieing. The fact that i can afk it is very tempting Well, you should go try it out since your probably the first to suggest this.
  20. Goddamn, if fragg's article is true, then there's no hope for me and other regular players to get a hold of one of those rares anymore. I mean, couple years ago, before the deflation (phats being junk, masks and santas selling for 10m), it was still possible for normal players to achieve that. But now, this hoarding, manipulating, this is getting out of hand tbh; the rich get richer, and the poor just stay the same. There's no [bleep]'ing way I can even afford something like that. The whole rares market is bogus. /rant.
  21. Yea, I have the same problem, no "Run as Administrator" option.
  22. I think all things in the dungeon that can be done repetitively has reduced exp. Ex: The exp against the Gluttonous Behemoth is terrible, while mining ores/ woodcutting gives decent exp. So, my conclusion is the exp on the skeletal horde would suck. BUT I've never tried it, so don't take my word on it.
  23. Voice of the Soul - Death
  24. Funny, stuff on the ge runs out if you buy it in bulk. No, they don't run out, theres a limit on how much you can buy per 4 hours. For example, 25k runes/ 4 hours, 100 rune sets/ 4 hours, etc. To be fair, no disrespect meant, but it seems to me 70% of your posts don't make any sense...
