  1. Note that with guthans you'll have to go controlled (shared) if you want to train strength.
  2. Slayer definitely. That's the most common reply you'll receive; slayer monsters drop a great amount of charms.
  3. ^^Mac I think you meant willows for xp :P As everyone said: Willows are definitely faster, but yews are more money. I started at 69 at I cut 183k willows, which I sold for 16 each for just under 3m. Minimum price now is 18 so you'll get a bit over 3m.
  4. Those are all fast ways to get into Canifis, but you have to have done Priest in Peril in order to do any of those methods I believe...
  5. Also construction flatpacks.
  6. Where are you, The Ritz?? :P Lol! Anyway, yeah I've tried it out, he takes forever eating the caviar/roe, definitely faster to just drop offcuts. Thanks everyone!
  7. No problems there, I have 84 fishing. Thanks for all the help!
  8. What's the best method of doing this? I know it's the fastest way to 99 fishing and has the bonus of strength and agility xp. But what "techniques" should I use? Is it worth cutting the fish for 10 cooking xp each? Or should I straight up drop them? Since it defaults to using your feathers anyway, is it not worth trying to use the roe/caviar for bait? Any help would be appreciated, thanks. I mostly just want 99 fishing as quickly as possible.
  9. Haha loving the attitude. I'm also considering 99 fishing, thanks for that data, I didn't realize barbarian fishing was so much faster. Darn monks.
  10. Or you can cook along the way for 99 cooking :) Monks are definitely going to be the best all around option.

Bah! Like you'd have access to anything that could affect the human race. ;)
  12. 18...and going off to college baby!!! Let's just try not to fail out because of runescape. :)
  13. I'm at work, "researching cases for the law firm I work at" not playing Runescape or surfing TIF. ;)
  14. I'm 104 and I still use "the fairy". Technically speaking, if you have 50 slayer you could use Duradel in Shilo (I don't because I don't consider myself over 100 combat--only 97-98 in F2P and I don't use summoning much)
  15. I was just searching for "runescape help" on google when I first started playing on my first account back in 02, then found tip.it. Took me about 4 years to find the forums.. :wall: Then I joined when I wanted to start a blog for my 99 WC. All the blogs and stuff were always fun for me to read. Haven't posted much until recently, (well, only because the posts in Blogscape don't count :), then I started getting hooked, it's fun to troll around :)
  16. Code AKQ to be specific. :)
  17. Firemaking, for sure. Why did I get 99 in the skill I could live without, you ask? Being a fairly goal driven person, even if I were thinking about quitting next week, I'd still have a goal. As the most long term goal you can have in this game, I *eventually* want all 99, as do anyone, right? Well I decided to get 99 firemaking because now, I NEVER have to even think about it again. I personally consider it to be the most wasteful (a lot of other skills cost more, but you get NOTHING back for firemaking) and useless skill in the game. I haven't thought about it once since I got the cape. I don't even wear the cape, I wear WC :P
  18. +1 No way I could even make it through a couple hours without talking to some of my friends or buying something off the GE. lol. Tell ya one thing tho, I'd have a goddamn huge hoard of useless loot :)
  19. Scary. Are you by any chance....an elephant? ^^ "Elephants never forget" cuz I know someone is going to ask. Makes sense to me and that's all that matters. :)
  20. Definitely. I just enjoy it breaking up the monotony (of anything). I don't get them terribly often so it's a nice change. I recently went back to do a little slaying, and I got a clue from jellys yesterday, didn't end up doing it until today. 2 rune longs, rune legs, zamorak d'hide body. ~800k. Got another from hellhounds (my current task) Rune kite (t) sold instantly 333k. Yeah, I get a lot of junky clues, but I still personally find them to be fun. The only problem is Jagex keeps putting in new rewards, making the old rewards worth even less. That's part of why most are such junk :-\ HAHA!!! I must agree, Uri's emotes always piss me off. I've got about three rows of random junk items that I keep just so I don't have to buy them again if I get a clue.
  21. Lol no more than the past few weeks :P I just did the same, after reading your topic. The only levels I remember how I achieved are the recent ones.
  22. Yuck. Then I guess you'd still have to watch out. Revs are worse than players, imo.
  23. Alright well I apologize, I can't answer all your questions, but I'll answer a few: 1. Well start with any quests that open areas you don't have, or skills (Such as Underground Pass for elf area, or Wolf Whistle for summoning) 2. Monkfish, definitely. It requires Swan Song quest, but its fairly easy and monks give better xp than sharks and you catch them faster. 3. Runecrafting. Runecrafting is always a great way to make money, using the abyss and pouches. With summoning, you can even get some familiars that will carry essence for you. 4. Sorry, I'm not much on minigames and such, I just try to get xp ;) 5. Safe from players, and I believe safe from revenants as well...correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think there are revenants in the dungeon.
  24. About 3.6m for me from 62-99. And depends on your playing time. It took me 2 or so months but I didn't always do FM when I got on. Edit: Yeah I forgot, use Maples, best IMO. Good combination of xp and cheap.
