Well, I did say I was skeptical about actual UFO's. And who can say that they have the ability to fathom the minds of a species that we don't even know exists? They could be radically different from us. So, we don't really know. I was just throwing something out there, and it is something to think about for those claiming that aliens would have shown themselves already. For all the people that are arguing, "If aliens were visiting Earth, why wouldn't they show themselves?", think of it this way. If we had capabilities to go to another planet with intelligent life that didn't have those same capabilities, what do you think we would do? Knowing the coldness of those high up there, the people on the planet would probably be treated like an experiment. And why would we show ourselves to the experiment? Not to mention the fact that the natives of that planet might attack us if we showed ourselves. And if the extraterrestrials are advanced enough to come to Earth, don't you think they might have evolved even more into this mindset? It probably fuels their own egos to think that they're more advanced than us, too. So, I'm the opposite of DaDieselDude. I think ghosts are total crap, but extraterrestrials are a distinct possibility -- no, a probability. Now, whether the UFO's are aliens, despite what I said before, I'm skeptical. I was merely providing a counter argument to the "show yourselves" one.

I doubt it's a typo, since people speak the same error, it's very common. And even if it is, it's still an example of a misuse of a figure of speech which irritates me. The thing is, the highs caused by THC are not equal to the physical effects. Yes, the high would be less, but any negative effects caused by too much of the substance would be far less. So it's not as if you're completely removing the high in order to nullify the physical effects. And for whatever small amount of the euphoria that users lost, would it really be worth it for them to go to a black market for "better" marijuana? That would be illegal, and it reverts to the argument that users would not choose an illegal drug over a legal one. Especially considering that marijuana is not addictive, they wouldn't be craving more of it. Which leads me to that article you linked. They were talking about susceptibility to harder drugs after using soft ones. Since they weren't talking in the context of legalizing marijuana, they didn't address the fact that people using legal marijuana would not go to try a hard drug in the first place.

Well, let's see, my brother has severe ADD/ADHD/anything else that makes him so freaking hard to live with, my dad is leaning towards alcoholic (he drinks a 12 pack a day, I'm not kidding, but he's always drank a lot so he has high tolerance, but still) and therefore goes off on my mom a lot, which is turning her into a depressed "I'm a failure" person in addition to everything she has to go through with my brother (HOMEWORK, my god, you have no idea), and everyone gets mad at me for staying well away from it all because I feel like the odd one out. That enough for you? And don't get the idea that I have a horrible home life, either. My folks try to keep it from me, but I know what it's really like. It could be better, but it could be a whole lot worse.

Better overall ergonomics basically. It's lighter and more compact, the screens are brighter, the mic has been moved to the middle hinge, the power switch was moved to the side, the stylus space was moved to the side and the stylus made bigger. That's all I can think of right now.
