Fire cape equipment
You seem to have forgotten the fact that his 60 defense precludes the use of barrows armor, armadyl gear, and the DFS. To VelvetEmber: the rest of these suggestions are good, but since you have such high ranged, it would be better to use neitiznot and proselyte legs so you can have some decent prayer bonus. Oh crap, you're totally right. Oh well, disregard everything I said, I was too busy trying to give you decent defence that I forgot you wouldn't be able to use it. Sorry, and for once I thought I was being helpful.....

Fire cape equipment
Invent should be something along the lines of: Enchanted Excalibur (if you have it - if you don't have it, get it, it's well worth it in the long run) If you want some stackable healing, buy a load of purp sweets (you can always sell back the ones you don't eat). otherwise, bring some diamond (e) bolts for Jad 3 range pots 5 Brews and the rest Sup. Restores. This is what I consider the BEST invent to be. You could almost definately get away with some sharks instead of brews and some prayer pots instead of sup restores. Unfortunately your prayer level is too low to use curses (which is a shame) and your def is also a little on the low side but you should be able to get over that with some decent equipment. Idealy, I'd advise (I've paid attention to your def level) Veracs helm> torags helm > arma helm >archer helm > helm of neit Fury > Amulet of Ranging > glory Avas > SW cape Arma plate > black d'hide > karils top DFS > Unholy book > obby shield > granite shield > dragon square Arma Skirt > Barrow legs > black d'hide chaps Ranger boots > snakeskin Archer ring New dungeoneering range gloves (Can't remember the name) > Barrows gloves > black vambs Rune C'bow > 2 Crystal bows (don't use these unless you're desperate Broads are fine for all the waves Read guides A LOT!!! I'm sure there's something I've forgotten, I'll come back if I remember GOOD LUCK!

Repetative Slayer tasks?
For fast points you could just go to a lower slayer master for 9 tasks then on the 10th one go to the highest available slayer master so you get the good bonus. Can't remember what's the fastest but you'll be able to work it out. Also, I really don't feel strong enough for waterfiends either, but I refused to block/cancel a single task on my way to a slayer helm as I just saw it as slowing my goal. Anyway, I found out you can safe-spot range them (after they go unaggresive) and just went through my tasks a little slower, yet still getting the points. Good luck on getting your helm, it's a lovely little acheivement.

78 prayer, or?
Sorry, not going to answer the question you asked but you could do what I did and train pray to 75, do the quest Blood Runs Deep and use the reward on pray to get it to 78. The quest gives 450k (3 x 150k) combat xp in att, str, def, con (hp) , range, mage(?) or pray but unfortunately NOT summoning. Obviously, with prayer xp the price it is atm, using it on anything other than pray is just plain crazy. Anyway, just my 2 cents. Sorry I can't help on your actual question

barrows
PROTIP: for very general questions like this, try looking in the Archive of Wisdom first. I found this guide in about 1 min. It tells you pretty much all you could ever want to know about barrows. http://forum.tip.it/topic/141764-j3benice12s-guide-for-barrows-v32-aow/

This is it, I promise. For now.
You could always get a few range levels at avianses. They're better cash than fungus and you'll be getting range xp at the same time.

Dungeoneering Group/Friends
Am seriously weighing up the pros and cons of a joke with a reference to exploring her "deep dark holes" right now. Slightly more OT: You're not too keen on e-guys objectifying your e-character but your clan is listed as "The Hot Clan"? Maybe that's where you're going wrong. Even Slightly more OT: I'm in my 20's and I'm going to give you a little advice from my experience of the game. You get idiots of every age. By pretty much saying "Anyone can add me so long as they are 20 and up" you're ruling out so many wonderful clever people that know so much more about this game than you do. Never limit your future interactions like that. And remember if someone is really annoying you, either ignore or report.

Dungeoneering Badges-
PROTIP: When that attack starts, run like a rat with it's tail on fire. They won't hit you. Also, it's worth noting that that attack cannot kill you, only reduce you to about 1hp (I know it's meant to be 10lp but I like the old terms) so only spam eat towards the end when his normal attack can follow up for a quick ko

Please Offer Advice for 3 year absentee How-To buy Rares?
I have mask set, santa, and 130 mil. I was hoping not to spend my santa or not to spend all of my cash. Are the discontinued items street prices so far from their GE evaluation? Yes. Yes they are. There's a great topic in general discussion that's about 130 pages + discussing this (it's bound to be on the front page). Every 4 pages or so people like you ask a question very similar to yours and someone always gives a good answer so read the most recent 5 or so pages and you'll have all the info you need. You'll also find out pretty accurate street values for all rares.

Dungeoneering Reward Bags (Gem/Coal)
You mention the poison totem. Would you happen to know whether these are 1 handed or not? Tbh, poison is never really that much of a problem for me, I'm missing out on why everyone seems to be going made for the totem...

Best monster?
Ok i could try that, any other options? Because i do controlled fighting, and ranging is EXTREMELY slow, and it doesn't have to be while on a slayer task, just some kind of slayer monster OR regular monster that i could do (But i heard slayer monsters give more money) The only reason you're thinking that range is "EXTREMELY slow" is because it's 12 levels lower than your mellee combat stats. I used to thing the exact same thing, then I started training it to a reasonable level and realised that I loved the skill. Also, if you want to do Spectres, it's worth remembering that you can do them in the slayer tower, then run to the nearby leprechaun, note your herbs and then go back. This will allow you to stay for much longer without having to bank in between.

Ranging efficiancy
Remember that grey chins are 3 quaters of the xp of reds at only half the cost. (someone did the maths once and worked out that you should use reds if you earn 2m+ an hour, otherwise use greys) My advice would be to suck it up and get void, it's always a useful thing to have. Also, Chinning isn't as effective until you get into the Higher range levels (90+) so it might be worth your time training normally to 90 then just chin to 99 (if you want it). Although if you really hate range, chin right away.

training defence fast?
Best xp is quoted at being around 120k. Best set up is full mellee void with fury, whip, bandos boots, Salve (e), fire cape, rune defender (I think) Though general bandos armour is only 1 or 2k per hour less. Obviously this depends on your current stats, access to extremes etc. Piety all the time, recharge at the altar. You will not need to pray mellee or range at 89 def. A bunyip and/or EE/SGS is enough healing

Firemaking boost
I had to do this exact thing. Unfortunately, the familiar boost is invisible and therefore cannot be used to light a higher level log, it only increases your chance of lighting a log you can already do. As far as I am aware, the only boost for fm comes with spicy stews so you're going to have to try them if you really can't be bothered to get the levels (I couldn't). It's worth remembering that if you are training fm, the familiars give a boost to xp and will speed things up (though you can't use them at the GE or any other no familiar place - personally I used Edge) Gl and enjoy your EE when you get it!

how to get iron defender?
I don't remember perfectly, but I think you have to exit the room, show her that you have it, and then reenter. I don't remember if you can bank it after you've shown it to her, but I'd definitely do so if you can. Always bank the last defender you have so you won't have to start from the very beginning if you lose your current one. Once you get one rune defender, get a few more just to be safe. I personally have 7 myself. There's no actual need to do this (unless for some reason you specifically don't want to go back there). So long as you still have your addy one, you can always enter at the *rune stage* of the cyclopses. I got mine years ago and have never lost it.

Enhanced Excalibur
Best places to use it are: Everywhere. Seriously, mine barely ever leaves my invent. Obviously anything that involves combat, slayer etc. Even if safespotting, it's handy to have if you make a mistake. Agility, theiving, anytime you happen to go to the desert. clues, quests. Seriously, unless you plan on bringing back a full invent, or there's NO chance of you receiving damage (alching in a bank, fletching, farm runs) you should always have it. And remember, the spec is not only healing, the def boost is really nice as well. As said above, it owns at fight caves. That was the sole reason I went out of my way to get it and I've ended up loving it much more than my fire cape (well, almost as much). Gratz on getting it.

Dungeoneering puzzle
You think that's bad, I reached a rc door with a 104 requirement. (not a typo, it really is 104) Also, look at the level required for total skill mastery. Lvl 120? what's up with that?

Post all RS Screenshots, Videos, and Sounds here!
isnt it possible to get back to your grave there even when its not blessed. i saw a video of a guy doing that yes but its very very very very hard..... and if you didnt notice the video skiped at parts.. he had 2 friends cheat *chough!* errrr *help* him. 1. by trading him the required items from his spawn point and 2. having a friend hide there for bless incase he failed. Staged video is staged -.- Why would he have someone there to bless a grave that only had a hammer in it? (that wasn't even picked up) Rediculous conspiracy is rediculous. For the sake of not failing on vid. But we'd have seen that his grave got blessed in the chatbox and timmer so he would have known it was blessed. So his fail would have been obvious. Also, what did you mean by having a friend trade him the required items at start, we see him keep them on death and withdraw them from the bank,

Best F2P Weapon for 99 Strength Pure.
DO YOU WANT TO KNOW HOW LONG I'VE WAITED TO PLAY FOOTBALL FOR MY HOMETOWN? I'VE WAITED 4 *Censored* YEARS, JUST CAUSE I WAS 2 POUNDS OVER WEIGHT! NOW, WHEN YOU START TALKING ABOUT MY FOOTBALL, I WOULD THINK BEFORE YOU POST!         Really? couldn't lose 2 pounds in 4 years? you wouldn't last a second in wrestling, I can tell you. By the way, i really hope you don't pride yourself on your football tackles. All football players that don't wrestle have sloppy and uncoordinated tackles compared to what wrestlers do. Welcome to the forums. Now either read the rules and stop trolling and bumping really old posts or GTFO.

Highest profiting non combat skill
XP rates are low and pretty much negligible. Plus since the OP asked for NON-COMBAT methods doesn't it kinda rule out summoning? For straightforward money making via skilling in my eyes you can't beat wcing yews, fishing monks or lobbies or mining gold or coal especially when u can do concentrated ores) His reasoning for NON-COMBAT is that he's starting to find bosses boring. Not because he has a massive problem with anything that involves combat xp. OT: Go with RC. After a few levels you'll be able to make as much money with rc as you will with hunter and it's a much more respected skill (not that that matters, but it's still nice).
