I've always held quite a strict view on law breakers but still, 1 year in jail for a school hacker? The kid was doing it so he could attend further education and improve his life, not so he could financially gain from it. A strict fine yes, a lot of community care yes, helping his school build a much better anti-hacking system yes, but jail time? If I was the judge I'd sentence him to resit his exams in a properly controlled room, a lot of community care and help his school build a better security main frame. We don't know the full story, it seems like the guy had no chance at Uni if he cheated on state exams then had to change his exams result via hacking. Props to the guy that he wanted to attend Uni so much he hacked his school, at least he didn't give up on his goal.

On the mage I used to play I used Frost while leveling as it's pretty good on the amount of Mana it uses but more importantly it allows you to control the pace / speed of enemies making it much easier to stay alive.

That argument of less violent crime occurring is pretty void considering in many countries where guns are illegal violent crime rates are falling, last year in Ireland gun related murders amounted to 78, so far 46 this year. Improving the national police force like Ireland has done will reduce violent crime rates, not giving weapons created to kill to the average citizen.

He obviously wont get 38 years, that's just the most they can charge him with. Considering his motive was to go to college it will also lead to a lesser sentence, he was breaking to law to gain something good, not bad. My guess is quite a steep fine for his age and at most no more than 6 months in jail. The fact that he did all this so he could attend further education will have quite an impact on his sentencing if it's a reasonable judge.

Well depends what you want to do. I think Paladin is always a great class to start off with as it can Heal, Tank or DPS (damage dealing) depending on it's spec but specs can be changed easily. Depends on what you want to do, if you want to deal huge damage then Warlock, Hunter and Mages are great classes for that. If you want to tank while dealing slightly lesser hits Warrior and Prot specced Paladin are good. If you want to heal Druid, Priest and Paladin are also good to play.

Suing them for 50,000 is ridiculous, it's not as if the situation caused physical or psychological harm and the cost of the games would probably amount to 240$ at most. IMO if you're not toned then don't bother with a 6 pack, it just makes you look extremely skinny instead of muscly. If you have thin arms (little muscle basically) then don't bother until you get toned up as you'll just look very skinny. Same can be said about Pecs, your Pecs quite often can be what makes a 6 pack skinny or sexy (muscly) If you are toned then a mix of ab crunches and cardio is your best mix for getting a 6 pack as strenuous cardio will strip the fat and ab crunches will build up the 6 pack. Diet seems pretty good, nice mix of carbohydrates, proteins and very little amount of saturated fat.

Straight couples who are married yet choose not to have children by your argument have no right to be married as they offer just as much to society as a Homosexual couple does from your view, same can be said for infertile couples who aren't in a position to have children. So are people who simply don't want children or aren't in a position for children now denied the right for marriage who do they keep the right for marriage yet they're just as much "use" to society as a homosexual couple? TBH I don't actually like the sounds of it. Hell, it used to be mostly the US that went around putting bans on everything and suing people... In recent years it's also spilled in the GB society. You guys now have what, 10,000 public cameras around London to monitor everyone -.- It might improve security by a bit, but I just don't like the idea that someone is watching you 24/7 when you leave your house.. Yes, the amount of CCTV cameras in London in insane. In something like 5 miles walked in London you're seen on 312 cameras on average. While walking down Oxford street you're being watched by 12 different cameras at once minimum no matter where you are on the street, that's just insane.

Suppose that's what happens in such a sue happy country. You always hear of ridiculous stories coming from America and Great Britain / Ireland. Can't people just relax with the lawyers and actually allow people to get on with life? :roll: Do they not realise a bunch of pissed of students also pose a threat of violence? Take away things that get students through a school day and then there will definitely be violence.
