A -18 club I go to has about 7 different schools fighting for control of it so there's always some good fights. Never seen any extremely bad ones as the moral code is when they're down and it's obvious you won you leave quick as possible, to avoid bouncers. Seen some pretty good shots before, one of my friends broke a guys cheek bone, other friend broke the bones around your eye socket on some guy before. Right now my school pretty much controls the place \ Been stabbed there before, had to get something like 37 stitches across my chest, not nice.

2 different times, both scared the absolute [cabbage] out of me. 1. When I was 10 I nearly got crushed by an antique mirror which weighed about 40kg. I was walking through my sitting room just about to walk infront of the mirror, remembered I left something in the kitchen and turned around to get it. Just as I walked out of the range of the mirror it feel where I was walking through. I was in serious shock and a piece of glass gave me a pretty bad cut on the calfs (17 stitches needed). I was at home on my own so if it did fall on me I probably could've died from a combination of blood loss / being knocked unconscious (most likely considering it's weight). 2. I was on the way home from a Rugby match, we were on the motorway going about 70 MPH when a truck infront of us lost control and jackknifed into a ditch beside the road. the tail flicked up into the air and we went under it like something you'd see from a movie. I can still remember seeing the back axle of the truck through the sunroof. I was in serious shock after that as if we were driving about a second or 2 after it we would have been crushed. The driver died from the force of the collision :|

Depends on the subject. Subjects like English where a lot of the work is creative writing or writing essays / novels would take up to much school time to be done in school. Science subjects need homework otherwise all class time dedicated to experiments wouldn't be available. Other subjects like Geography, languages, History etc I think don't need written homework but instead just need to be studied at your own discretion.

Well I could completely contradict you by saying by America is the most armed nation in the world yet they're known throughout the world for having one of, if not the most violent gun culture. Do you even live within 40 miles of a city, because that comment sounds like utter [cabbage]? I've come across gang members, I used to hang around with gang members yet they don't "kill the masses" considering Ireland is an unarmed nation (illegalized guns for private ownership and only our Swat units of the police force carry guns, normal patrols don't) yet The only murders heard of here is the Drug gangs fighting for control which is very rare, only 15 in a city with a population of 1.5 million so far this year. Now peace talks are in the works to stop more killings. Gangs in London aren't "killing the masses". They're killing opposite gang members 9/10 of the time. Sadly enough there is a small minority of those killed through stray bullets or mistaken identity, but quite commonly a gun wouldn't have offered them protection anyway. If arming the citizens will prevent gang culture then please explain the current situation in LA or Chicago as they contradict your analogy of it. If you think you need a gun for self-defense then all it shows from my point of view is that you can't trust your own countries police force and you are a person living in fear of a very small statistic occurring.

My first language is Irish, obviously enough fluent in it. My second language is English, fluent in it as well as it's what's spoken in Ireland. I have very weak French but I'm spending 6 weeks in a French boarding school during February to April on my own with French students so that will hopefully improve my French. I also speak Latin but not great, in Irish schools it's only really thought to translate passages, not to hold convorsations with it. My order of languages probably is. 1 Irish 2 English 3 Latin 4 French

I completely agree with you on this. My Dad and Grandparents lived in poverty. For the first 10 years off his life he was staying in different houses belonging to relatives while my grandparents built up enough money for a house. They then worked their [wagon] off to get him into college which instilled him with a hardworking personality. He went to what would be considered a "ghetto" school. Now he's only 1 of 5 in his class to go to college and 1 of 3 from his entire year to earn a 5 figure sum per year. If people thought their children hard work will reap rewards instead of giving them a spoilt and lazy attitude society would have accomplished so much more through a simple attitude change. The reason why he did so well out of his class was down to his attitude. Everyone else in his class lived within the same means and conditions. Many were lazy and unwilling to work. Now many take their welfare check each week and struggle to get by. I've had a hardworking attitude instilled into me through 2 generations. For my future careers course I need to average 98.3% in 6 state exams. Through the attitude which has been passed down to me I know I can achieve this as I'm willing to work for it, not sit on my [wagon], blame society and hope something comes my way. You also raised some other good points in that post. Welfare will only help someone put food on the table, but it will not teach them how to put food on the table themselves.

Secondary education must be completed, a 2 week stint in juvenile detention for those who skip more than 14 days of school per year without a reason. Sounds extremely over the top but there is to many people leaving school early who will only be a liability to the state and the taxpayer. I would also denounce the state of being a 1 religion country (I.e Ireland being Catholic) and no longer associate any religion with state, let people choose what they want without feeling "different" or including contradictive material into the making of laws. Outright banning of guns other than hunting rifles, invest money into the police force to create a department for dealing with illegal smuggling of guns, impose extremely harsh sentence for illegal gun ownership. Make public transportation free for 5 mile less journeys, quite common in a lot of cities, would help cut down on Co2 emissions and would create more jobs for the unqualified.

Pick what class feels best, what you want to do most. Do you want to be up close holding them off or further away putting in some serious damage?. Do you want to heal your group or kill the enemy, think it through, mess around and find out. There's no huge differences in races towards end game, at the start it's helpful but at the end it really means [bleep] all. It's all down to what one you like the look of best.

I hate this attitude simply that someone who has worked their [wagon] off to get where they are now have an obligation to bring the world out of a financial crisis or should be taxed more / pay more simply because they've achieved something and done something with their life. People like Hanna Montana, don't deserve to be rich, she's a useless talentless [bleep] who gives nothing to society other than being a bad role model. Don't know you personally but I remember when you first started Herb 99 I was in Edge getting 70 Herb and you told me how you came about your money, Rune mining. It was a pretty motivating story (In RS and outside it) but also your were a cool modest guy, something hard to come by. 10/10, I'd feel anything less would be an insult to you.

It is usually true only for people who are very far left or right, most people seem to be quite close to the center but choose 1 party over minor yet important differences from their view. The very far left seem to be anti-gun, socialism supporting and pro recreational drug use. The very far right do seem to be much more religious which often ensues with homophobia, anti-immigration and rather patriotic. Now that is only a small minority, as I said many are in or close to the center of the divide.
