For such an event to occur at 13, it must have been pretty disturbing. Although they ruled against the school, has anyone actually been punished for this? Searching a continual well performing student in terms of academics and behavior simply because a mediocre student who was initially caught with the Ibuprofen blamed her IMO is not enough grounds to search someone, their bag or any of their property unless it's a serious accusation against a suspectable student.

Exterminator would be your best bet for the quickest, safest and cleanest removal of them.

I'm not sure how fun Shamans are to level, but they certainly bring a lot to groups. In 5 man Heroics my best DPS is always with a Shaman in the party.

As I can't drive yet I haven't crashed myself but been in 2. When I was 1 or 2 some [puncture] crashed into the rear end of my moms car causing her to have permanent back pain in poor weather, now I'm developing the same back problems from it but it's impossible to prove it's a result of that as it was 16 years ago, meaning I face backpain for the rest of my life without compensation :| Other time, my dad went around a corner, slid and went into a wall, rebounded into a tree and wrapped itself up nicely. I don't know how at all, but I got no serious injuries even though I had to be cut out of the car, just a lot of cuts, bruises and shock.

It's hard to convince your parents if they're already set on it. General perception of these situations is your family is very group orientated and no offense meant, but you probably generally cave in to your parents easy enough once "They put the foot down". Just tell them you're old enough to know what you want to do, you'll never be independent if they're calling every shot.

Schools in general need to lighten up, the "stupid laws" topic seriously points this out. In this years Seniors graduation School captain speech one line included "Well, those [bleep]ers quickly learned their lesson" and "We've done a lot in 6 years, We've gone from class to class, game to game, friend to friend, for the likes of JD, sleeping in Herby park to sleeping in Fairview park involuntarily" :lol:. You'd have to know "JD" to get it, but all the teachers got the general message anyway. This years graduation was a fun for pretty much involved, what happened after the graduation? All the teachers and students went to a bar near the school. If schools were more relaxed on idiotic rules there'd be a lot friendlier atmosphere and much more would get done. My school is the 2nd best sports school in Ireland and always finishes within the top 10 in State exams results each year. Personally I think a lot of it is down to the general school atmosphere, fun and relaxed yet work gets done.

In Ireland under 1 law it's illegal for the Gardai (Police) to search you or any bags you're holding without a warrant or your consent. Under the 2006 drugs act, if you refuse to be searched they can search you under "Suspicious conduct, section 6, paragraph 4, Drugs act 2006" #-o My government are idiots. They still have the first law I mentioned even up to now, it's not really a very effective law for trying to keep your own privacy.

I've always had two thoughts as I've never been 100% sure on either of my ideas. I don't believe in Heaven nor Hell as preached in the Christian bible. My view is, there is some form of a higher power, yet no religion preaches him as he wants to be preached, he'll grant afterlife to those who are a benefit to the world I.e Helpful to others, not people who devote their life to pleasing god yet are a horrible person (I've come across quite a few) simply because "we're not pleasing god." I just can't believe in the Christian or Islamic ideas of "Heaven", I really think a fair god would grant entry into some form of paradise through the persons work during his life, not his 40 minutes every Sunday and a pray before bed.

This might sound sickening to many and I see it sickening as well, but my friend who is pretty interested in politics said a small death count would do them good in the greater element, as most of the riots have seem somewhat peaceful (Not enough violence to require deaths) it will raise serious concern throughout the Western world and something might actually be done about the situation.

This is interesting, it's spreading further and I fully support it. The sooner more people find out about this the better, it will do a lot for current Western views on Islam. I'm tired of being surrounded by ignorant hate and racism, most people in the West don't even know the basics of Islam.

Do you believe it was? All I'm reading at the moment is some funny business with shutting down facebook/texting services. It's a far cry from flat out election rigging, though. From what I could tell based on the election polls, there was little to indicate that the result seen was surprising. I also get the impression that the polls are mostly unreliable in the first place, so I don't see any evidence at this stage that the elections were rigged. I'm not going to quote exactly what someone said before. But it was something along these lines "He even lost in his own hometown by a landslide majority, an area heavily hit by the extremist attitude of the current dictator. Putting it this way, it would be McCain beating Obama in a landslide majority in Obama's hometown, made up of 80% democrats and 90% Blacks". Seriously, if he lost in his home town where general opinion would show he had overwhelming support, it's safe to say it was rigged.

I'm not sure how seriously to take this, every 3 years or so there's always a serious "pandemic" on the horizon I.e Sars, Bird Flu, Swine Flu etc. If I remember correctly though, they never gave Sars or BF level 6 pandemic though so it is something to watch out for. Ireland is somewhat isolated, the only time I see a full scale outbreak happening here is if Britain get's hit. After that, other than Dublin, Cork and Galway it would be easy enough to protect ourselves from. At least the mortality rate isn't to high, once you have a well built immune system it gives you a good chance to overcome it. If it mutates though, it could get very worse.

This is very very interesting. I don't like riots, but this one has the my full support. This is first hand evidence to all who think Muslims are terrorist harboring and bomb creating lunatics that they're not, they just want to freedom to choose their leaders and live a country like a Western country, not a country ruled by a military type leader. What's even more interesting is, the vast majority of the rioters looked <30, meaning radicalism in the younger generations seems to be dying out. All though I do hate the "America....world police!!" type thing, I would actually like America or some countries to try and intervene. Iran is definitely a worrying prospect if the current leader does get re-elected, due to recent ICBM testings and an advancing Nuclear program. It wouldn't be incredibly difficult to intervene, place sanctions on them till a external party such as the UN is allowed count the votes, then again they're probably going to be biased against the current leader.

I have two completely seperate views on it though, if two parents consent to their unborn mentally ill child being aborted due to it being confirmed that they will be born with a life ruining mental handicap then yes, I do agree with your thought of euthanasia as it leaves quite a lot of people free from a life of hardship. The view though, that all mentally ill people, living or unborn, should be euthanized I find sickening. What's your view though? Explaining it in full detail will probably do your general "status" on here some good.

If we would just euthanize the mentally ill like I suggest, we wouldn't have these kinds of problems. I don't mean offense towards disabled people, I really don't. The people who are truly to blame are Islamic terrorists corrupting the minds of impoverished men and adolescents to fight their war for them, people like Osama Bin Laden etc. This hasn't really kicked off till 9/11, it's not to be said though America is completely in the clear. Building army bases in Arabic lands and testing various military exercises there isn't going to do any good, acting completely oblivious to Islamic culture certainly didn't help either. Constantly pumping money into Israel for the last 50-60 years while letting other Middle Eastern countries lye in poverty pissed off quite a few people to say the ;east. Both sides are to blame on an equal scale, this isn't going to end till Islamic radicalism is gotten rid of and the bigot and ignorant attitude towards Islam is erased either.
