+1000 These are all 13+ words... At the very least, they should not censor damn, crap, [wagon], sexy, and dork. If you are offended by any of those, you are too young to be playing this game. Even an eight year old should be mature enough to not be offended by those words.

Rule 1: Offensive Language is [cabbage]. First of all, the "chat-flooding" section of it is completely subjective. I received .3 black marks for saying "Lag" three times in a row at PC. Apparently, some wanna-be mod reported me for "chat spamming." Secondly, they should make the censor OPTIONAL, with the exception of the F bomb. That should always remain censored, as the game is PG-13. However, censoring words like damn and crap is asinine, especially for a PG-13 rated game. With the optional censor should come a "password protected" feature, in which a parent can "lock" the ability to turn it off if he or she feels it is necessary. That would give people the freedom to talk without the inhibitions of the filter, whilst also allowing Parents to feel secure that their children are not being exposed to profanity. Best of all worlds.

Lots of people know 0Phathead0, just because you don't doesn't mean no one knows her. Besides, I don't know who you are. But hey, thats just plain off topic. I'm always nice to "newbs" because I remeber when I used to be like that. What I do is, give them 25 rune essence, and tell them to go to W16, and I explain how to do it. I mean, just yesterday in Varrock bank, I'm walking around in my varrock armor (yea, its the armor that you get from the easy section. Be quiet.) and all the sudden I see "omfg u didnt tel me dat der was requyierments to wer dis1!!! reported!!!!" I, being curious look into the matter. And find out, that a lvl 78, sold full white armor to a lvl 61, without tell her that there was requierments. Of course, the lvl 61 couldn't wear, and reported the lvl 78. The lvl 78 called the lvl 61 a "cmb noob" and so I reminded the lvl 78, that he, is also a "noob" I mean, I could get 78 CMB in a day or two. Then, I told the lvl 61 that always research items before buying. And since the lvl 78 wouldn't do a "trade back" I asked how much the lvl 61 paid for the full white. She said it was her whole bank value. She said she payed 30k, I went to the bank and gave her 35k. It wasn't much tio me, but it meant a lot to her. And actually, she never came back and asked for more, she just constantly thanked me. Which is why I like helping "noobie" players out. So, always help "noobs" then, turn priv chat to "friends" AND TELE AWAY. :twisted: ~Saru Well, first of all, I wouldn't have helped her out just on the basic premise of "noobspeak." Someone is 100% more likely to receive help from me if they at least make an attempt to spell correctly. However, those who use words like "dis, dat, wif, plz, wer, etc.." immediately turn me off. Hell, it's almost like a virtual slap in the face to me.

For those of you who say Magic "owns" you must have been living under a rock. You barrage me, I switch to Karils and safe-eat. Once I am unfrozen, I am immune for a couple seconds. That gives me enough time to run up to you and hit you with my Zammy Godsword spec, keeping you from farcasting. Then I tear you apart with my godsword. Kthx. Btw, Karils + Protect from Magic effectively nullifies even Ice Barrage.

We get it that you hate Jagex and the combat system. -.- I don't hate Jagex; I hate some of their decisions. And although I despise how the combat system is designed, combat is still my favorite activity in the RS. :-$

I collect security books. Want to know why? Whenever some leech comes up to me and begs for free st00fs, I tell them "I will give you the most valuable item I own." I then give them a security book. If you think about it, I did not lie. Regardless, they usually call me a noob and start swearing at me. At that point, I tell them beggars can't be choosers, report them for offensive language, and then put them on ignore. :-w

Well first of all, that's why I don't stake. The combat system is CRAP, so even though I have max melee, I will often lose just because of bad luck with the Random Number Generator. On topic, that's why Jagex should've never joined with Miniclip. It introduced a multitude of immature kids who have the attitude "nothing is ever enough." It's sickening.

I agree. They shouldn't have punished everybody. You have no IDEA what hell you have to go through to do clues there on Lunar. That particular clue is singlehandedly why I stopped doing Clue Scrolls while in Slaying mode (i.e. whilst on Lunar.)

Quite frankly, Magic is the class that is obsolete right now. Ranged is borderline overpowered, due to the crossbows. With that said, the entire triangle is discombobulated. When you can hit 45s like a knife through butter, PvP becomes absurd. And it's entirely possible to hit that high with frequency with a Godsword or Rune Bolts.

I believe there once was a Trollheim Teleport portal, but people would use their Magic Cages to send other people there and get them killed by the thrower trolls.

RL =/= RS... You're looking too far into it. Most likely, as many people have said, it was a typographical error by Jagex. All two-handed swords are like this, now.

It wouldn't do anything, even if they are weak to stab. With slash, you get over 150 attack, so there is no point in using stab.

When I picked bananas at the Karajma Plantation for two hours to get enough gold to buy an adamantite battle axe. I was so proud of it, too.

I just recently noticed that the Godsword has the capability to attack with all three melee attack styles. It has the normal Slash and Crush options that all two handed swords have.... But with the Accurate option, it is STAB based. Now the anomaly with this is that the sword contributes ZERO stab bonus. Why, then, does it have an option to use stab? Was this just a mistake on Jagex's part, or did they mean for it to be like that?

Well here's my two cents... I've played since 2001, and up until two months ago, I had NEVER had an in-game black mark. I was not even offered modship. To make matters worse, two months ago, some idiot Player Mod muted me for joking around with a friend. I got .6 black marks out of it. That completely spoiled my opinion on Modship in the game. And I've personally witnessed player mods who threatened to mute someone just because they wouldn't trade something or killed the other person in CW. It's absurd.

I have tried three times... First try, got two hit by Jad from off-screen. Second try, got hit by Jad 5 times. First hit was an 88, and I chugged brews but kept messing up his prayers. I eventually died on the fifth hit. Third try, I got to the healers and got Jad down to 1/4 HP, but then I foolishly tried to pray pot between attacks; got owned by his ranged attack, due to the server transfer of the prayer. I saw the motion, clicked the prayer, but got hit during the time it was relaying it to the server.

Lol, precisely. This is one of the most disappointing updates this year, although I didn't expect anything out of it. There is only so much that can be done with Varrock. Having this as an option shortly after they renovated Varrock's graphics was a bad idea... Actually, allowing players to decide the update is a bad idea in itself. As I've said many times before, the noobs just want what looks easiest or that they are most familar with. That's why Fremmenik lost, when it would've probably been the most suitable place for the next diary.

Bleh, I expected it to suck, and it did. Fremmenik would've been 100x better, but noooooo..... The noobs control the fate of the vote, simply because of their numbers. Yay, the reward gives a mediocre improvement to two already obsolete skills. :roll:

Lmao so the only noticable advantage of new A.D. is the ability to wear new and awsome " Varrock armour"? ( well we had a good half year of nice updates so i wont start [bleep] around) Yep. I didn't expect anything remarkable, as there is only so much potential with such a noobish area as Varrock. Way to go, Miniclippers. You chose a winner with this one! :roll: Mining 2x coal is the most useful thing in this update, and that is gotten from the EASY diary. This update reeks of fail. You got the god wars dungeon a couple of weeks ago. So just, SHUT UP :s That doesn't change the fact that this update would've been so much more fun and had better rewards if they had chosen the Fremmenik area.
