Do you know anyone famous in real life? If you did, do you think that you would know if they play runescape or not. Do you think that the only people that know famous people are famous people LoL famous people have normal friends too, perhaps some of those normal friends may play runescape, perhaps they also play runescape liek their normal friends. Runescape is a kids' game. Do you think someone with tens of millions who's wrapped up in the "glamor scene" would have time/be interested in playing an online game that is geared at children?

Nice 51 in CW. My personal best is a 60, but I am 99 strength. I am pretty sure I can do close to 75 on a flagholder though, as I hit 56s without the bracelet bonus.

Dragon Boots are really irrelevant, because there is nothing with more than 110 HP that is undead. The MM cave skeleton monkeys do not count, because the falling rocks and traps in the tunnel make it far too risky.

I'd say my best kill was when I hit a 60 on someone in CW and got the flag.

The team thing I agree with... The food thing is stupid though; you cannot accurately gage who is a stronger opponent without eating, due to the randomness of the combat system. And I totally agree with the "taking forever." This is yet another way immature ruin the game for everyone else. I think Jagex should change it so that if sixty seconds elapse without you attacking someone, and/or if one hundred twenty seconds elapse without you killing someone, you are automatically slain and placed back in the waiting room.

I agree that Jagex doesn't even seem to try anymore. Their customer support is less useful than a pile of dog [cabbage] and they use shiny trinkets to divert peoples' attention from the true problems. A far more useful alternative to the runeshop update would've been to create a magic level requirement in order to purchase mid to high level runes, as well as a short miniquest that requires one to fight a couple high level monsters without the aid of prayer. This would slow down the ability of shopbots to the point where Jagex could ban most of them before they were able to satisfy the shop requirements. Instead, they chose to again punish the legitimate players, just like with the Random Events, which are totally useless.

I believe it's comparable to the enchant, but requires much less clicking (one spell click per invent) And how does it fair to the enchant in cost? Would I be better off just doing arena enchant?

So, would this be faster than the Level 6 Arena Enchant? Does one spell do an entire inventory or do you have to manually click each one?

I get at least one drill demon per day, and 80% of the time, the first spell I cast when I log in gets me either Molly, Pinball, or Evil Bob. Randoms are NOT random. I got pinball just from standing around, then went to Trollheim teleport for God Wars 15 minutes later, and got ANOTHER pinball random.

Or... you could buy from the shops for the same, set-in-stone amounts that the bots have to pay for them. The only people who should be complaining about this update are botters. Unless they add further options than "Buy 10" (such as Buy 100 or doubtfully, Buy X) then this really solves nothing. I don't know about you, but I don't want to sit in a shop buying 20k cosmics or chaos 10 at a time.

I would get an F on that project, as I am a very jaded veteran of the game and would belittle the community, explaining all the many things that are wrong with it.

I honestly don't know why anyone thinks this update will do anything towards stopping the bots. Wake-up call: they own an oligopoly on the runestone business, so if Jagex raises the shop price, the bots will just raise their prices. In the end, we the players lose big time and the bots profit heavily, JUST LIKE WITH PURE ESSENCE. Jagex is daft.

This month seems disappointing. The only update that interests me is the quest, which will likely be geared towards level 80s. The loot sharing is of little interest to me, because all members of my clan are trustworthy people and we all share any KQ/GWD loot worth over 1m anyway, regardless of who actually gets the drop. The halloween update will be crap, because chances are, the hood won't cover one's face. Even if it does, it's still unoriginal. I hate GC polls. :evil: How the [bleep] does the shop update help? The bots will just jack up the prices higher than the shop prices, resulting in another calamity like with P ess. Jagex is [bleep]ing stupid. :boohoo: I'd say this update will cause another wave of Falador Riots.
