It took me around 450 kills to finally get my first claw drop. I had a slice at around the 320th kill.

My first d claw drop, after over 400 demons. I got a slice at around the 300th. I was so excited that I picked them up and tabbed out without thinking to get a drop picture :wall: Next best thing, I guess. 27.8m I didn't have before. =P~

Well, I agree that spec transfering and d claw speccing is really, really lame. But those people are killing rushers, so I'm okay with it. Honestly, this just underscores how overpowered D claws are. It's really, really hard to survive a d clawer who is receiving specials, even with protect melee. They deal 30 damage average per spec and attack as fast as you can eat a single shark.

Trust me I've done a good number of solo TD's too it's just I got realy lucky during easter break 8-) Well, at least it's enjoyable, unlike GWD, which bores me to tears. Skill actually applies to how well you do at TDs, which makes it more engaging and less of a "grind" than most other bosses. ;) 5 gp says that's a malicious link. :shame:

It's all superstition. The drops are rolled from a chart resembling a roulette table. Just like in roulette, certain numbers may get hot, but it's all selective perception. It's not that numbers get hot, it's just a cluster of random variation. If you flip a coin twenty times and on the last 8 flips you get all tails, does that mean the coin has a greater chance to flip tails? No. It's just a random variation which occurs in a cluster.

The whole "omg he shot up a school because of playing violent games like GTA" argument makes me want to punch a baby. The argument that MMOs are a haven for child molesters is also stupid. If a kid tries to meet some stranger he/she met online, it's not the game developer's fault if the child goes missing. Am I the only one who noticed that not a single yellow sold on the GE today? I doubt more than 2-3 of the other hats sold. So um... Who the hell is buying/selling all these crackers? Every day for the past several weeks crackers have appeared on the "most expensive items" list.

Actually yes, Lol. Makes sense to me though, Although Ely/Div are having a nice run, it won't last forever, and within weeks, or a few months, they probably will be down to ge price. (I was going to say crash, but they won't become worthless, I can see them being traded on the ge for a high price sometime soon though.) Who knows, they might become easy for buyers to get soon. Elysian is the most overrated item in the game. Unless you have excess cash, it's not worth even the 250m GE price. With that money, you could buy 99 ranged, 99 prayer, 99 summoning, an SGS, and have some left over. The small increase in efficiency over a DFS isn't enough to justify the cost. Even with a DFS and unicorn, you can last over four hours at Armadyl or Saradomin in a trio/quartet. An elysian is just overkill. A divine is more worth the money than elysian, but it's also even greater overkill. Who the hell would want to stay at Saradomin or Armadyl for six freaking hours in one trip? I, personally, would be bored out of my mind. Another strike against these two shields is that yeah, you may last a while longer than everybody else, but what does it matter? Are you willing to solo when you are low on supplies? People pay handsomely for the best, and these shields are undoubtedly the best. However, I do not see them as being close to worth their cost. If I got a sigil CS/FFA, I'd first offer it at market price to some of my friends, and if no one wants it, I'd sell it in the GE for whatever I could get. I honestly couldn't give a damn less about "street price." I do not have any junk, am not compelled to waste my time collecting junk, and that would STILL be over 100m+ gp that I didn't have before. I could get some third age with my sigil, but why bother? For looking cool, I have and prefer my full dragon. I really like what they did with the plate and legs, but that's off-topic.

The only way I can think of to revive Smithing is to first move all level requirements down by about 10, and then create the ability to reinforce Runite so that it gains a defensive bonus and also gains the ability to nullify melee damage.

I had a Spectral, and I noticed a big difference in how often Kree'Arra hit me with it compared to the DFS. +20 magic is the equivalent of around +50 melee defense. It's the second best shield for Arma, with Elysian being the best. Divine sucks for Arma because you're constantly being hit.
