Well, a few weeks ago, I got a white-screen of death at Waterfiends and got pwned by a Brutal Green... When I logged back in and ran back, my stuff was still there... So maybe they changed it?

This was taken by my friend today at a clan event. 'Tis my first Saradomin Hilt split. Now I've had every hilt except Zamorak.

WTF? How did she do that? Her stats aren't that great, either, so how did she affford that?

Many of the weapon rewards are overpowered. The Impervious Shield's magic defense is highly overpowered.

These updates will bring in an influx of young children, further dragging the already-ailing community into the gutter. Also, the principle behind this is that they are blatantly marketing the game to kiddies. Previously, they always maintained that the game was aimed at young adults, but that will no longer be true.

Bleh, looks like a [garden tool]-hum month. Jagex has a terrible track record with mini-games. I am interested in the long-awaited sequel to Making History, but that's about it. I was hoping for something big, as it's the anniversary of GWD. Meh.

The pickaxe is too similar to the Hatchet, and the platebody isn't intricate enough. The dragon full helm set a new bar for the detail in a piece of dragon armor, so I would imagine the platebody would follow suit.

Reasons for the current Bandos GWD situation: 1) Easiest Kill Count. With max stats, and an empty world, you can get your KC in under five minutes, taking NO damage during it. No other boss has it nearly this easy. The closest you get is with Sara, because most monsters are already in combat... But they have high defense and HP, making it longer per kill. The zamorak kill count takes a while because if you do it the noob way (imps) you are waiting a long time between spawns. 2) Easiest learning curve. Requires no coordination, just a dedicated attentive tank. Zamorak is just as easy to swarm, but the tanker is under much more danger. Even if the tanker does mess up, it's no big deal. Anyone else can tank for one or two kills. With Zamorak, if someone screws up, you end up poisoned for 16 damage and having to eat really powerful hits because you are ill-equipped to tank. 3) Seemingly has the most common drop rate. :roll: Most trips I see to Bandos result in one or more big drops, while many trips at Sara or Arma last twice as long as Bandos trips but don't yield any big drops. 4) Least imposing boss. It's not dangerous at all. Even his secondary attack is unimposing. They need to make his range attack hit through prayer some of the time or give him a third attack style, so that he is not such a pushover. As previously mentioned, Graardor is the "training boss" for noobs.

I would like if the Dragon Platebody were from a quest, returning to the ROOTS of the game. In the beginning, the best items availible where player-made or from Quests. When the rune plate came out, 100k was equivalent to about 10m in today's money, and the rune plate was 88k. It would not be outrageous for the D Platebody to be obtainable from a shop for 15-20m gp. Because of the inflation caused by CoinShare, there NEEDS to be a worthwhile item obtainable only from a shop which costs multi millions. It's the only way to curb some of the GP entering the game.

It's because Bandos is so easy. He needs to switch targets with his melee, and then it wouldn't be nearly as easy to camp.

This ring is useful for GWD. It's the only ring with a prayer bonus, and the low-alch feature is useful because you often end up with garbage from GWD (addy plates, rune armor, rune crossbows, etc) and wasting two spots on runes is cumbersome, as inventory space is often priceless for your avid GWDers that last 4+ hours in a trip.

They STILL haven't fixed the SGS + Fire Cape graphical glitch. :evil:

thats an insane drop party. i'm not a great fan at party petes but those 87 glories would be a nice addition to my bank. =P~ I'd like those 18k d bones. That'd get me to like 90 prayer.
