Great idea, I support. I also think that making the amount of money you can stake proportionate to your level as well as adding a max limit to the amount of times you could duel someone in a day would make this idea almost completely foolproof.

Maybe if you made it so that it branched off of the trade player option. Like when they got the message saying you wish to trade them, they could right click on it and there would be 2 options: trade with player or show inventory to player. And that way it could be turned off by turning trade off.

Cool idea, I support. Maybe the people participating in the tournament could set a price that you have to pay to watch it(nothing too outrageous) and then the winner gets that money along with the prize money.

Yeah, I don't think you should be able to take damage outside of the wilderness, even though it will cost some people some arrows and runes its just not fair to both the people getting killed and combat pkers.

Yeah you can do pretty much what he said, and just make sure you provide as early of information as possible, they really stress that. Also make sure to remember the tracking id. If you really want some info check out the knowledge base on the main page, its packed with account recovery stuff.

Pretty good guide, but I think under the free gem cutting one you should mention that most legitamate gem cutters will be trading cuts for uncuts. Also you forgot to mention 2 player scams, just say something like they usually take place in highly populated worlds, be wary of a level 3 buying something for 2 mil, and stuff like muddy keys, charcoal and polished buttons are used most often for this scam. You also might want to touch on the item duplication scam where they have you drop the item then press alt F4. But overall good guide.

This is a good guide and gives people who wouldn't normally take the time to report macros an easier way to do so. However, it is better to just report them with the report abuse feature. Also as to the reporting parties, I've always been under the impression that reporting someone more than once for the same thing is a no-no. And it really just slows down the reporting proccess instead of speeding it up. But altogether good guide, and thanks for informing people of another way to get rid of macros.

The main reason people have been in disagreement with this idea is because of the costume room, but really there is more to the costume room than just storing random event clothes, you can also store mage clothes, treasure trail items, capes, mini game armor, and holiday items. The only part of the costume room that would be rendered useless would be the fancy dress box, which could easily be combined with another one. Actually, theres an entire guide on the costume room on the tip it hompage.

This would probably be the best way to implement it, along with some improvements to the costume room such as: unlimited space, hold indiviual pieces of a random, and be extremely easy to access. But yes this is a great idea, 100% support. :thumbsup:

I think that you should be able to get rid of the 60 second limit, once you've passed a test to prove you have a knowledge of the rule, and have enough hours on the account so you wouldn't abuse it. And by the way, I've heard that Jagex would rather you just send them in game reports then send them through customer support. Which would make sense but I'm not sure if its true.

I have no problem with people who are just looking for some armor, an axe, or some advice so that they can make money themselves. The beggars that really detract from the game are the ones that refuse to make their own money, or even to learn how. They would rather bug some poor level 114 until he has to change worlds.

I do have one question though; would it be possible to buy something from the Black Market using Black Shillings, then trade it to another player for gp, or possibly to the general store? If so what would be the ratio of Black Shilling to Gp?

I'm not quite sure what this is actually called, but I've bet you've all seen it. Its the game where you use strategically placed words, spaces, and letters to represent a common phrase.
