Just to let you know, lobsters are horrible training food. They're very expensive for how much they heal. Tuna, salmon, apple pies, and baskets of strawberries (which gold mentioned I think) are way more cost effective.

Who said anything about Barrows? With good defence you can tank them with ranged gear and a high defence shield.

It's equal to the amount by it boosts (level boosted times one minute) though it varies slightly depending on when you took it. RuneScape characters' stats run on a set cycle, and all of your stats will reset themselves once a minute, at the same time. So if you took a strength pot right before your stats reset yourself, and the pot raised your strength to 100, it would revert to 99 right away.

Well the difference between a mithril dragon's defence and a steel dragon's is as least as much as the difference between a steel and an iron, based on their combat levels. Either way I've been told that a whip is better. Oh, and why the heck would you use a super defence pot if you're using prayer?

Don't use dragon boots; they give NO range defence whatsoever. Don't sacrifice the massive range attack of the black d'hide body for a melee top, use a melee helmet (and legs if you really need the defence).

I'm guessing that you meant to type dds instead of d claws. A dragon dagger+ defender= 60 stab attack. Dragon claws= 56 slash. Not to mention the fact that barrows and bandos both have lower stab defence than slash. D claws is better, for both PvP and PvE. Yes, four DDS specs will typically do more than two d claw specs, but you have to subtract what you would have done with a whip. Let's say that an average dds spec is 20-20, an average whip hit is 25, and an average d claw spec is 15-15-15-15. You can use the DDS 48 times an hour, and d claws 24. 48*(40-25)= 720. 24*(60-25)=840. DDS will do 720 extra damage an hour, d claws 840. And that's with a fairly conservative estimate for how much a whip can do.
