Low-Leveled Charm Droppers
Moss giants drop loads of gold charms. They can be killed very quickly in the Chaos Tunnels.

A guide to Aviansie Tanking
You're overestimating how hard aviansies can hit. My friend who has 77 defence tanks aviansies with a setup that gives him +159 range defence (full range gear plus granite shield), which is more than enough to keep him alive with B2P. He fights the level 89s, too. As a side note, Armadyl armor is incredibly useful for tanking aviansies, as it will let you use a glory/fury instead of an Armadyl Pendant.

Low-Leveled Charm Droppers
You could try cockroach soldiers. Great drops, and a half decent crimson drop rate (1 in 5 or something like that).

Attack Training with Toktz-xil-ak
Berserker necklaces are, what, 500k? Compared to nearly 3m for a fury. Definitely use a Toktz-xil-ak+berserker necklace. I've heard that they are better xp than dragon scimitars, which in turn are better than the d long you're using.

A Guide to Hunting Waterfiends
According to the KB, the Saradomin Sword's speed is 50% higher than the Godsword's. However, the GS's strength bonus is 61% higher, its crush attack bonus is 20 higher, and its prayer bonus is 6 higher. So from this it seems that the Godsword would be a considerably better weapon for waterfiends. Of course, that's assuming that the KB's speed estimates are true, and most likely they're not. But I'd like you to confirm that.

slayer outfit
Why not? In some cases Barrows is better but the OP's using a rune platebody. And if you have access to adamant RFD gloves or better, use them. They're better than combat bracelets, and you can just bring an enchanted gem to see how much of your task is left.

How to farm Watermelon's without 100 Bank Trips?~
You could farm other crops. Orange trees are profitable and give like 2500xp per tree.

Void or Armadyl for training?
Aren't d slayer gloves melee only?

What shield to use?
For everything you mentioned, the rune defender is best. Seriously. The attack bonuses are so worth it. not really with def u do hit more but u take more damage the only actual dif between obby and def is that obby gives def instead of att boost For routine killing, it doesn't really matter if you get hit more as long as you last a reasonably long time without having to bank. The attack bonus that the rune defender, on the other hand, is very useful because you'll kill things much faster. You're basically trading a few pieces of food for faster kills, and in the vast majority of situations that's worth it.

Need to make some $
Sorry to burst your bubble, but 3mil in 12 hours is horrible for aviansies. What setup are you using?

I fail at goals.....
If you get bored at something then stop doing it until you get interested again. If you play a game in a way that is boring to you then you're missing the whole point of gaming.

Farming Help
Plant marigolds, and the best allotment you can at allotment patches. Locations are right here. When you hit level 9 start planting herbs too. Don't stand around waiting for the crops to grow; do farming runs instead.

Advice requested for waterfiend slayer assignment
Put on protect from mage when you run past the brutal greens, and you'll be fine. If you stay deep in waterfiend territory you won't run into any trouble.

Close answered
That amount of range defence is WAY more than necessary. At 85 defence, you should try killing them with full range gear (coif, body, chaps) plus a granite shield or DFS if you can afford it. That gives you about 160 range attack and defence. That's a +70 advantage over what you have right now, and that makes a huge difference.

70 mining
I don't know how quickly you can get emeralds at gem rocks, but if it's real slow then you'll make more money by buying them.
-
p2p money making >.<
You could kill aviansies. It's good money (I think it's better than green dragons, not sure) and good range xp.

What shield to use?
Rune defender is definitely the best if you're doing Slayer; nothing else really comes close.

Magic Trees Gp/Hr
Train your farming to level 32, then plant ranarrs.

Fire Giants?
They're not particularly strong NPCs. I think you should be able to kill them.

Avianise stratagies
The important question to ask here is how long your trip was. One hour trips making 500k each are better than three hour trips making 1.3 mil each. Lol wut? Have you ever seen anyone with 70 defense try to tank aviansies? It's not pretty. I do it, and make like 400k an hour Yeah, not. You're getting nowhere near 400k/hour with 71 range, probably closer to 200-250k. I highly doubt that 71 range makes half as much as 99 range. A level 99 ranger couldn't possibly kill aviansies twice as fast as a level 71 ranger.

Twenty-One (RuneScape related)
Legal ages and marriages are cultural aspects of society. As a medieval game, RuneScape has roughly the same technology as they had in the Middle Ages on Earth. As a fantasy game, RuneScape can (and does) have a different culture than they had Middle Ages on Earth. Besides, just because a story is RuneScape-based doesn't mean it has to be set in the same time period as the game, though from what I can tell this story is set roughly in the Middle Ages.

Avianise stratagies
What about the Eyrie? There are a lot more aviansies there, and less people. I don't see how fighting aviansies one-on-one with prayer would make more money than tanking (I'm assuming that the screenshot shows how you usually kill them); a setup emphasizing prayer would have lower range attack than most tanking setups, and prayer pots are expensive. The OP's using prayer.

My first million
He's level 19 range... plus aviansies are 400-500k+ an hour, not 200. With your stats, you should probably fish swordfish (keep the tuna too) or lobsters at Catherby to make money. You should also get your farming up so you can plant ranarrs (level 32 I think).

Duradel Broken?!?!
why metals are a pain. cant you just mage pray them and get no hits at all? looks like easy xp to me Metal dragons don't use mage... And they have incredible defence which makes it horrible XP. They're actually not bad things to kill, but if you get metal drag task after metal drag task it probably gets really annoying. The whole point of Slayer is that you kill a variety of monsters. For many people that isn't happening.

Karambwan + You = Munny!
Did you just say 'octupuses'? It's spelled 'octopi'.
