Otherwise, use dragonhide and a granite shield, and heal using B2P. Do not use prayer if you're going to fight them one on one. 3. Maybe 300-400k an hour, not sure. 4. They don't drop any charms. 5. If you can afford it, Armadyl armor is an excellent choice. It's the best range armor in the game and it frees up the amulet space so you can use a glory/fury. Otherwise, use the pendant if you're fighting them without prayer.

Fighter torso is better than granite platebody. Its defence bonus is slightly lower but it has a useful +4 strength bonus. And dragon skirts are cheaper than the legs, so you should buy the skirt. Overall, you should just get 70 defence and buy Torag's platebody and legs.

You could also cut willows by Barbarian Outpost. It's not as fast as teaks, but pretty fast.

Well, obviously the fastest way to train def with range would be the fastest way to train range with range. That is, red chinchompas. But since you only have 300k to spend then you should kill yaks.

Combat level is not a good indicator of how strong your character is. On the Tip.it combat level calculator I typed in 41 attack, 46 strength, 37 defence, 99 prayer, 17 summoning, 80 hp, 27 mage, and 43 range, and it came out as level 71. There's no way a player like that could fight cockroach soldiers effectively. I'd say that you should have at least 60 attack and defence, and a good strength level (cockroaches hit hard and have high defence, so strength isn't as important as attack and defence).

Quit until you get members again. That's the most straightforward solution I can think of.

150 green charms an hour is slower xp then the 100+ crims per hour you can get at waterfiends, and greens are less cost effective than crims in terms of shards/xp. The deciding factor is probably how much your secret monster costs to kill. If it loses any amount of money, then you should just kill waterfiends.

Very poor job. You enter the dungeon through the jail when the rift is much faster. You use a rune battleaxe when a rune scimitar is far superior. Your level requirement is extremely vague (NEVER use combat levels for requirements) and not high enough (60 combat isn't enough to kill these effectively). You don't tell us how long the trips last, on average, nor how many cockroaches you can kill per trip. And you use SWORDFISH, for Pete's sake.

Get 70 defence, so you can use Barrows armor. You should definitely get at least Torag's platelegs and helmet; since you don't like BA then you should get the platebody as well.

It's a single familiar; Jagex probably has the capability to produce such an update in a few weeks or less. The most likely reason it hasn't happened yet is that it's not high on the company's priorities. PvP worlds, the megaquest, and a myriad other updates are what Jagex is concentrating on right now.

The teleport is incredibly useful if you're doing anything in Karamja. In particular, fishing is a lot easier because you don't have to keep 30gp in your inventory for the return trip and the teleport takes you fairly close to the Draynor bank.

70 prayer. Make sure you get 61 construction first, though, so you can use bones on an altar at your house with incense burners so you get extra XP.
