  1. If you're serious about making money then powertrain mining until 85 and mine rune. It's like 300k an hour, easily the best money in F2P. If you want to do combat, kill ankous or cockroach soldiers (ankous are probably better, soldiers are way overrated). Another option is making anchovy pizzas. And yews suck for money. I don't know why people think they're a good source of income, because they aren't.

You might not be rich now, but if you plant ranarrs and snaps then by the time you get 99 you will be. ;) And like others have said, you can buy tree seeds with the money you get from herbs if you want fast xp.
  3. Yeah, the rates seemed a bit high to me. Even if you make steel titans you need 120 crimsons/hour to get that xp rate  Aren't rock lobsters 150 crims/hour?
  4. Lol? Coal is pathetic money at any level.
  5. You need AT LEAST all melee stats 60+. And even then you're better off killing something else; cockroach workers or ice giants are good alternatives. Cockroach Soldiers are for people with combat stats in the upper 60s (for F2P, in members the requirements would be much lower since they have super sets and better equipment).
  6. Tabs/bunyip pouches, plenty of alch sets (bring more fires as they drop nats), range pots if you want, and some food. Sharks? Lol. You don't need that much healing; in fact it would be counterproductive as you'd have to temporarily drop a few of them to make room for drops, and you won't be able to make the most out of your first tab (since you'll have accumulated lots of drops by the time you run out). That, and sharks cost a fortune. And fifty tabs is a bit excessive.
  7. United States Marine Core I think. wioneo you are thinking UNSC = United Nations Space Command. Looks like the TC is a marine complete with what I assume to be a service number (I am Canadian so I don't know these things). It's Marine Corps, lol. The 'ps' is silent.
  8. You could try maging aviansies with god spells. I've never heard of anyone trying it but it should work.
  9. Yes. Obby sword+berserker necklace+rune defender is the second fastest strength xp in the game, next to sara sword.
  10. This works in F2P with anchovy pizzas; in fact it is one of the best ways to make money in F2P. I plan on getting 60 cooking by making them. This isn't quite as good for members, though. I've heard that you can make 200k an hour from pineapple pizzas, but that's not a lot compared to all the other ways of making money in P2P.
  11. You should use iron arrows at minotaurs (they drop lots of iron arrows) and iron or steel at black knights (they have good drops that will pay for the arrows). Use the best shortbow you can. At 1 def you can wear any chaps and vambraces and leather bodies. thx. with the black knights. wat good drops do they have? i cant pick them up because im on the mountain. DO NOT fight them on the mountain. Fight them inside the fortress, there's a spot where you can shoot them across a fence (the room with the altar) and pick up your arrows. They drop death runes, law runes, and steel bars.
  12. Don't use that many tabs, you'll be forced to leave behind lots of ranarrs. One thing you could do is bring as many tabs as you want, and then leave when you have a bunch of ranarrs. And at 76 defence you'll be fine with just a Torag's helm, granite/obby shield, and the rest ranged gear.
  13. You should use iron arrows at minotaurs (they drop lots of iron arrows) and iron or steel at black knights (they have good drops that will pay for the arrows). Use the best shortbow you can. At 1 def you can wear any chaps and vambraces and leather bodies.
  14. Assuming you're not the tank, you should swap the obby shield for something with higher melee defence. Even a rune kite would work, it has slightly higher melee defence and a lower range attack penalty.
  15. Farm ranarrs. It's like 50k profit per run, and the runs take like ten minutes. And then you can do something else while they grow.
  16. I know a training spot at black knights that's much better than yours. You go up into the room with the altar, put on Eagle Eye (or Hawk/Sharp Eye if you don't have 44 prayer), and shoot them across the fence. You can go get your arrows and the drops by going up and down the ladders. And mithril arrows are only 46gp now (would be cheaper if it weren't for the price floor), which makes them a good option for NPCs that have good drops.
  17. No. Vampire bats attack at whip speed.
  18. I recall that you know about the black knights training spot with prayer. If you do then you should keep on using that.
  19. I haven't had many particularly interesting conversations while Ranging, mostly because I like to use obscure, little-known training spots. There's no such thing as being too young for proper English ;)
  20. Forget what your English teachers taught you. Fragments are acceptable in a story if it helps to describe the events or build atmosphere, though obviously you should use mostly complete sentences or else the writing wouldn't flow well.
  21. For ranging, zombies in the SoS (no safespots) and black knights with prayer are both fast xp.
  22. I don't think they're very practical for PKing. However, they might be a good training food. I'll have to try it out.
  23. As mentioned, you should make sure that the whole story's in the same tense. Right now you're switching between past and present. Overall, it's pretty good, especially if it's your first attempt at writing.
  24. Haven't you ever heard of tuna or salmon? They are very cheap (78 and 56 gp each, respectively) and are very useful in situations where you're either close to a bank or you won't take a lot of damage.
