  3. I'm probably going to make some of the things you did :P all my magic stuff in one, herblore stuff in another, weapons and armor, etc.
  4. (not sure if i'm allowed to do this but...) Woot!!! Darn you Zot!!!!!!! [hide=Lumbridge Money Making]At work in Lumbridge Lumbridge, that sedate town where you begin your adventures, has a great deal of citizens, almost all of whom are dedicated to helping new adventurers learn their way. From melee and the casting of spells to the finer points of spinning wool and luring fish into your nets, these benevolent people spend much of their lives helping others. For all this, though, they need supplies and other assistance, and it's only appropriate that they turn to the adventurers that they so dutifully aid for this. Life in Lumbridge is not without its perks, of course, so you can expect to be paid appropriately for aiding them. Please note that you can only take 6 jobs every hour. Employers The following people in and around Lumbridge are all in perpetual need of employees. You can obtain a task by talking to them about any jobs they have. Mikasi, the Magic Tutor Harlan, the Melee Tutor Nemarti, the Ranged Tutor Cordero, the Cooking Tutor Cadmus, the Crafting Tutor Finlay, the Fishing Tutor Monlum, the Mining Tutor Feoras, the Smelting Tutor Yauchomi, the Prayer Tutor Hans Donie & Gee Victoria Iain Samuel Julian Fred the Farmer (you must have completed the Sheep Shearer quest) Aggie (in Draynor Village) Ned (in Draynor Village) Tasks Working for the citizens of Lumbridge There are three broad types of task you may be asked to perform: Production These jobs require you to bring a number of a certain item to your employer. This could be very simple and be done in a few moments, or you may need to gather resources before turning them into other items (like smithed items, for instance). Bone-burying You may be asked to bury a certain number of bones in a specific location. Combat Much like the Slayer skill, you may be asked to rid the world of a certain number of creatures. These will always be relatively easy to kill, and nothing nastier than a scorpion need concern you. You will never be asked to do anything that is beyond your skills, so you can always head off straight away (unless you need a weapon or armour for combat jobs, of course) and get your hands dirty. When you have completed your job, simply return to your employer for payment. Rewards You will always be paid for your efforts in coins, and the amount you are paid will directly relate to the difficulty of the task and the number of items you deliver or bury, or the number of creatures you are asked to kill.[/hide] [hide=New Diary]Beginner Tasks Task Quests started / required Other requirements Climb to the highest point in Lumbridge None None Raise the flag on the roof of the Lumbridge Bank None None Speak to the Duke of Lumbridge None None Speak with the Doomsayer about the Warning System None None Find out about the Stronghold of Security from the Lumbridge Guide None None Browse the Lumbridge General Store None None Visit Fred the Farmer's chicken and sheep farm None None Mine some clay in the Mining patch north of the Champions' Guild None None Make some soft clay in the Barbarian Village None None Make a pot on the potter's wheel in the Barbarian Village None None Fire a pot in the kiln in the Barbarian Village potter's house None None Enter the courtyard of the spooky mansion in Draynor Village None None Grind some flour in the windmill north of Lumbridge None None Visit the Draynor Village market None None Find out about the Rules of Conduct from the Draynor Town Crier None None Climb to the top of the Wizards' Tower None None Mine some copper in the Mining spot to the south-east of Lumbridge Swamp None None Catch some shrimp in the Fishing spot to the east of Lumbridge Swamp None None Have the Fishing Tutor send you on an errand None None Look through Father Aereck's selection of gravestones The Restless Ghost None Play the organ in the Lumbridge Church None None Ring the bell in the Lumbridge Church None None Pass through the Al Kharid gate None None Click the box below to see the rewards for completing the easy tasks: Warning: Spoilers Below To view the spoiler, highlight the box below with your cursor to see the text hidden insideShow spoiler... 5. Nvm free bump.
  6. I've heard it's now Forsakenmage's or Pope Skills, try one of those, pretty sure it's forsaken's though.
  7. Fish a shrimp. Cut a tree/oak/willow *respectivly*, etc etc, easy stuff. What I'm wondering is what the reward will be. I'm hoping for a similar-to-3rd-age melee helm, or some cool looking platelegs. The helm could help you in Woodcutting, and the Legs in agility or something.
  8. ummm im not sure if this is the right place to put this but... everytime i try to change my avatar, it keeps saying "the URL is invalid", when it is the EXACT same url and picture from before (i deleted it to try and put in a gif, but that didnt work, same thing happened). Anybody know what to do? The imagesource is Photobucket.
  9. And why would we waste our time solving anagrams from 2007? All of the updates that these anagrams hinted are probably done.. ummm because they're supposed to reveal hints about NEW CONTENT. Take for example, that "legends must rise again." one. Is there a legends guild 2? no. I think that might have to do with the North, where the 7 heroes go and 2 come back (or however many go).
  10. I'm going to laugh when Jagex DOES use Link's or Thag's format.
  11. I'm looking forward to the bank, of course, but I'm wondering, what will the diary reward be? Lumbridge guard legs? lol. maybe, just MAYBE theyll be worth wearing to low-mid level players. Or weight reducing?
  12. Well, if they did what Jagex probably wants them to do and read all of the news that comes out, (encouraging them to want to become members for the new content), they'd probably find out about the poll. (I myself always looked at the news whenever something came out.)
  13. I must say, nice story, to bad it's either been typoed or a fake :shame:
  14. to everyone who says the first pic is fake, GO LOOK! i have the homepage up right now, and i can see the pic he's talking about.
