use the whip if your going to kill stuff. g maul is AWFUL to train with, slow hits, doesnt hit often. is baaaaaaaad.

you go there, find an activity you want to do, do it for a while, then collect your tokens. then head upstairs after you have 100+ tokens and kill the cyclops's. i think theyre lvl 73 (check please) and at first they drop a bronze defender, then after youve gotten one, talk to the lady behind the door and she'll make it possible to get iron, etc. :P EDIT: and for food you can jut bring lobs, with 2 spaces free (for defender and bones)

you could always barrow (saw some guy with gs and verac skirt and torso owning with melee pray n stuff : )

you dont need a mith grapple you just need a rope. go to the east tree and use a rope with the long branch and youll swing over :P explains better in the Watchtower quest guide.

i made body runes myself (lol \ ) but i would make a bunch of RoD's (craft and mage xp) and stick with the fire rune way...plus tears of guthix thrown into the mix = lots of lvls :P

id find an empty world and kill hills or something like that till you get the level you want. but id get a mix of def lvls and att lvls. but thats just me... :-w

i like f2p (unless pointless noobs follow me for: no reason/money/my password :evil: / to be their bf) and im glad that they get SOME updates like the more bank space. f2p ftw :P

now, i cant judge anybody whos played for years (ive palyed for about 3) but someone who plays from 10-14 hrs is kinda in need of help...15+ just needs to quit for a while (not judging you, if you like it well you like it lol :P ) but i play for about 5 hours a day.

i wouldnt recommend soloing the bandos guy cuz he can hit hard. unless your like rich and have multiple sets of full d or 3rd age id take a team :wink:
