Those are internal ips(probably starting with 192), you most likely have a dynamic external ip.

By resolving an ip to a hostname you can usally identify the isp. Here is a good php extension that you can use aswell: http://uk2.php.net/manual/en/ref.geoip.php Good to see another freelance web programmer/designer on tif. :)
