My go at typography- the Bugatti Veyron 16.4 -- V3 13/12/08
I don't really want to post my whole psd here, not that I don't trust anyone, I'd just rather not have it on the internet, you never know. But I counted the layers, there are 272 individual layers. Although there are a couple of groups duplicated for non-destructive purposes, which are then hidden. There are probably about ~200 active visible layers

Coldplay.
They have kind of catchy songs, but that's it. Plus Chris Martin's constant falsetto doesn't really do it for me.

My go at typography- the Bugatti Veyron 16.4 -- V3 13/12/08
Newest version up. I added the small text like some people have suggested. I think it looks pretty good actually, good idea guys. Took me a while to think up all the different words in a semantic field of cars. I've used most of them more than once, but the main red part over the door is all original I think. It's mainly words like manifold, carburetor, grip, steering, downforce etc.

Unoalexi's Politically Correct Guide to Gallery Etiquette
Strong points are very valuable, how do you know you're doing something right if no-one tells you? Weak points should be approached carefully, everyone remembers when they first started and received consructive criticism, it can seem like your piece is bad, but you need to learn how to take that advice to make your art better. I would never just say something blunt like 'x part sucks, make it a better colour' or something similar. Firstly it's not detailed enough, and secondly it seems like I didn't actually look at the whole piece and judge its artistic value, I just zoomed in on the weakest part, which can be very demoralising for some people.

This sounds amazing. I'll definitely have to check it out when it's released. I'll make my character called Zezima!

My go at typography- the Bugatti Veyron 16.4 -- V3 13/12/08
This was the image: I wouldn't say it's typography really, I started out with that intention, but in the end it just became a normal signature, lol. Thanks for your comments, Triquos!

I'd say no.

is it possible to not sleep at all?
There's an American guy who got the flu once. After he recovered he found out he couldn't get back to sleep. I believe he still can't sleep, and he got that flu something like 45 years ago. He's had medical exams and the doctors' say he is in fine physical shape, nothing out of order.

How do you get 'unsick'?
Don't have any dairy products, they block up your throat and sinuses etc, makes you feel worse. Like above, drink lots of water.

Sluggish laptop
The wierd pinks bits, like Joe said, are related to your graphics card. As for the poor performance, it sounds like you have a memory leak.

100 hit with dragon long (photoshopped)
The key with fakes is in the detail. Your image isn't consistent, and the quality of the picture is awful. If you're not able to get to the God Wars Dungeon, or any other place where you can take a proper picture exactly how you like it, then my advice is to move on to another idea.

I agree there needs to be more text, the problem is that the smaller text gets completely unreadable as it warps, not even sharpening makes a difference. Plus I'm running out of Veyron facts. Perhaps a repeated phrase related to the car would do, as a sort of filler text for the gaps?

Thanks. :) This is the image I used to map out the text.

Some of it, like the wheels and parts of the roof, I used the pen tool to create a path, then type the text along it. For the crazier parts the only thing to do is rasterize the text and use the warp function to warp the text to the position you want. Then I use the sharpen filter to make it more readable, as warping it seriously degrades the quality.

Just a poster
Rock and metal gig posters are supposed to be like that. They're busy and detailed, rather than sleek and modern.

What are you listening to right now!?
That's an awesome song. :D

My face just imploded. And I need new pants. Seriously, this is one of the best things I've ever seen in the Gallery.

All those stars and the speed means your pc is struggling afterwards as it deals with rendering and loading. Just decrease the stars and speed, that's what sounds like the problem.
