Learn to use kerning to properly adjust your text. Kerning is the space between the letters, if you go to the Characters palette, it's adjustable on there. I assume you're using Photoshop, if not, well it's a tip for anyone who does use it. Overall, it's not the best example of typographic skill. The text is very slapdash and disjointed on the canvas. Another tip: try not to use, ideally, more than 2 or 3 different fonts on any given piece. This makes it more consistent and streamlined. Lose the exclamation marks, too, they look terrible. Also remove the upside down text, replace the font of the text in the bottom left corner, and the same with the text above it. Also remove 'fnorking', it looks bad. Replace it with something formal, or just leave it as 'Barack Obama Won'.

I'm glad Obama won, I wasn't really expecting him to lose. I'm shocked though as I read through this topic, the amount of reported posts and racist comments removed is completely unacceptable. Really I'm disappointed.

It won't breach any copyright if you're using it for a signature. If you wanted, for example, to redistribute something with the characters on, you'd need to ask permission first.

I went paintballing with some friends ages ago, and you could buy paint grenades (which were awesome, by the way). This is just because 'pyromancer' was already taken, so I switched the 2nd and 3rd letters, et voila.

I agree with unknowz, I think when pixelling, you can't be afraid to (when it's suitable) use completely different colours, black and white included. It makes it look a lot better, sometimes.

It's possible that your hard disk has failed, which can't be fixed by a reformat, you'd need to buy a new one. This is just what I think has happened, I did a quick search of 'disk boot failure' and that is one of the possible reasons. It could also be a faulty IDE cable, if you're using an IDE connection.

A transparent linear gradient? :| Hawkxs, your sigs are currently pretty basic, just a background with a render and text. You need to blend the render with the background at least to get some flow going, otherwise it looks very simple.

Apophysis :) They look quite nice, although when I select renders I like them to be complete in the sense that they aren't cut off at the edges. Just male the canvas bigger next time so it all fits.
