I think it is 100% likely that alien cultures of bacteria have existed/do currently exist in other areas of the universe. folmer_veeman, it doesn't matter that these posts are off-topic, it's just how the conversation has evolved. The posts are still interesting and relevent.

America is very chauvinistic. But so is everyone, why are aliens always portrayed as humanoid, in our image? There's a absolutely minute chance of that actually occuring.

For a lot of people, it was Slash who was the sound of GnR, not Axl. I doubt many people are going to like this album, if it does actually get finished.

All the best businesses are ones which fill a gap in the market or a special niche in which they hold 100% of the market share for at least a small time. It's simple business and economics. Setting up a business is no small task though, don't underestimate it.
