There is no real reason for it not being f2p other than the overused "attracting new members". It may be valid, but it does get annoying to see it over 5 pages again and again. It takes Jagex EXTRA work to program non-p2p things. All servers are the same, f2p ones just have locks in place to remove members-only content. Jagex has to hire someone to put in all these locks. That being said, I do not think it should be f2p. Recently, f2p has gotten several updates, including the long campiagned-for bank space.(although the validity of those updates is in question ), and more updates would be overkill.

Serum 207 is a cheap way of gaining good experience.

Forget upgrading range, Karils has same attack bonuses as d'hide, but jsut has more magic defense. Armadyl costs way more than Guthans, forget it. It will be 70% cheaper than Bob charges you.

Infinity or Ahrims. Not anything better for range besides Armadyl.

Shilo Village quest is done by many skillers and allows fastest fishing in the game. Don't let that demon throw you off!

And when has f2p gotten an update that was not available to members? Never, and we don't deserve one. Limiting updates to only p2p servers costs Jagex money as they need to hire someone to input the locks that block members only objects and areas on f2p servers. For all I care, we could not get it, or it could be severely restricted like runecrafting. Also, ex-p2p'ers on f2p servers will have an advantage in pvm(less agression)and a weakness in pvp(Bounty Hunter). Thusfar, Jagex has carefully avoided this, keeping members on f2p servers equal to pure free players. PS-Ive paid 250+ Canadian to Jagex, I'm not a free loader.

This will affect temp f2p members if the skill is p2p, which I expect. Ex-members will not be able to do BH well in f2p.

Yes, you can. The smoke only lowers your health to 1, it'll never kill you.

Get a suicider, then run here. Pray mage, and mage Rex until you run out of sara brews. Guthans will double the length of your trips. Setup Veracs is also good, but Guthans is preferable. You can dart or use God spells. Get a high range defense, it'll be the only thing hitting you. Heal off teh Spinolys if you have Guthans. Only kill Rex, he gives most profit for least effort/work.

Fire Giants in the Smokey Well. Pray melee, and attack only fires. You'll be constantly at 1 or 2 hp. The Dust Devils are not aggressive, but if you attack one, you'll die. You need Desert Treasure.

Regular bones are cheapest, followed by big, followed by dragon. I dont knwo know, prices are changing quickly. However, it is reversed order for speed.
