Waterfiends. Dust devils are one of the most overrated dropper. Although I would personally slay. 68 Summoning isn't that hard, trust me.

2 Minutes per special bar. I think that it "piles up" invisibly and it restores in batches or 10/15(Never checked) and if you use a spec, the "invisisble" spec dissapears. I don't know though, just a hypothesis... I add them up every 3 new pages or when I get a huge list.

I highly doubt this. I never follow rumours, and it's a good idea you shouldn't. A big game like runescape is full ob bs.

Black demons are one of the best charm droppers in the game, with decent xp and a steady flow of at least 50k/hour. I don't see how they're a bad task, and steels should be on everybody's block list. Your just unlucky, and it is a fact that some tasks are weighed much more commonly than others.
